Room was satisfactory for the time we were there. However, the noise in the surrounding rooms made the experience poor. People playing loud music to all hours of the night and morning and slamming doors was ridiculous! The noise was so bad a couple of nights that my sister and I couldn’t sleep and had to turn on our TV to try to drown out the noise! Please police this, implement a “quiet time” policy, and address offenders!

It has been 14 days since I checked out. Today I checked my credit card again to see if the deposit had been refunded, but I didn't see any refund. I have spent two times checking and then contacted Ctrip customer service. Is such overdue deposit refund theft? Is there any penalty? Don't book this rubbish hotel again.

Le staff est génial. Pour le petit déj ça aurait bien si il y avait su choco chaud. On entendait bien les personnes à l’étage marcher. Sinon on est satisfait de notre séjour à super 8 oceanside.

When I arrived the room was clean , the room was very spacious . House keeping + breakfast was a disappointment;(

Yes, the room is fine. Everything went well. The owner and staff were fantastic. They allowed me to come in earlier than I thought they had a room available so I was able to relax it.

Room was clean. Staff was courteous. Easy walk to the beach. We were in the back of the hotel so we didn’t hear the traffic.

The room was very clean and seemed to have been recently renovated. The staff was very accommodating. The fresh fruit was nice for breakfast. It’s close to the interstate and easily walkable to downtown and ocean.
