Las personas que realizan el servicio de recogida del aeropuerto no tiene idea de atención al cliente nos reunieron a mí y a un señor no recalcaron durante todo el viaje que es un favor que no teníamos derecho a pedir nada el hombre empezó a insultar y lo mismo pasó con el otro muchacho que fue aún más agresivo con nosotros la verdad sí deja mucho que desear el servicio

Love this place when I have to catch an early flight to BWI. It is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and efficient.

Great hotel. Great location. Quiet, clean and well maintained. Staff was professional. Shuttle pick up at airport requires calling them for the pickup. I waited about 25 minutes for van late in eve. Morning shuttle to airport you should schedule with front desk. It was on time and very convenient.

Close to airport and offered free 24 hour transportation to the airport. Parking lot was small and only one person working at front desk so there was a line at check in and it take a while.

Our stay was for 1 night but was amazing. The hotel is very clean and our king bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great and so many options to choose. The shuttle to airport was on time. 5 stars

Very lovely hotel that’s clean, welcoming, comfortable. They offer plenty breakfast options that’s are highly recommended and delicious. Check in and check out are completely hassle free. Beds are super comfortable and the bathroom amenities are great as well.

This is an excellent hotel. Its spotlessly clean, good staff, great breakfast, excellent value.

Stayed here after arriving at BWI airport late at night and drove home the next day. Hotel was close to the airport but was quiet enough that you couldnt hear the planes taking off/landing. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.

When I first walked into the room the first thing I noticed was the smell of the room. It smelt amazing. When I walked in further the room was cleaned and the sight was amazing. The staff here is very welcoming and very patient with the elderly. Definitely will book here again.
