Soda machines broken, JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE COMPLAINED CAUSE THEY HAD COVID, THEY CONPLAINED About Breakfast...THEY STOPPED SERVING BREAKFAST...AND GIVE YOU ONE PIECE OF TOAST AND SOME BUTTER WITH SOME CHEAP GRANOLA BARS. NO JUICE NO HOT EGGS NO HOT WAFFLES....NO FRUIT NO MILK ...NOT EVEN VOUCHERS TO GO GET BREAKFAST.WORKERS ARE COOL RESPECTFUL AND THE BACK DOOR DOESNT UNLOCK WHEN YOU USE YOUR KEY HAVE TO WALK ALL THE WAY AROUND

The floor and bedding’s are dirty. The room key kept on getting close and needed to fix it every morning. The room is dirty with molds and muds

Rooms were dirty And they smell like a lot of smoke cigarette TVs were not working Or the air conditioning unit

Staff is great.. Everything is broken like the washing machines and the elevator.. Definitely a deterrent for mass bookings.. #FACTS

You get what you pay for: dirty, clogged drain, elevator out, a not so good breakfast, limited towels and pillows.

The beds were nice and firm. Breakfast was not very good. No bacon sausage or eggs. The biscuits were cold and the gravy was plain and watery.

right from check in was more than slightly inconvenient to say the least. If you plan on staying here make sure you know how to negotiate stairwells. although they are wide and can accomodate, the elevator has been broken for more than 2 months and the owner has less than zero intentions of getting fixed. The microwave and coffee pots are unplugged from the wall and took couple minutes to figure that out. The closest outlet for the coffeepot was in the bathroom dangling over the sink as the cord is only about a foot long. The stariwell hasnt been vacuumed in God knows how long and smells mildewy. However the icing on the cake was at checkout. I worked overnight and needed to leave at 345am. I went down to check out and asked for my receipt. The clerk on duty told me 'i cant clock out until 5". Apparently thats when "the new day" begins. Normally I have VERY Easy needs for a motel, but the facilities are sorely lacking and the attitudes of the check in and check out staff there reflect that. The bed IS very comfy though I will give them that. If you need a place to crash for the night then its worth it, but i definitely wouldn't bring a family there for an extended stay

Elevator hasn't worked in months. Carpet looks like it hasn't been vacuumed. Drain in tub was clogged. Towels are supposed to be white not yellowish. The whole building smells of cigarette and mildew. Microtel should remove this owner's franchise.
