歐德薩蘭登斯卡婭酒店(Londonskaya Hotel Odessa)

這是一家非常乾淨漂亮的酒店。工作人員友好而周到。

When I wanted to check in -I was told that the booking was cancelled and I was shocked at hearing that as I did not cancel the booking. I have looked at my bank account and did not see any refunds when the booking is cancelled. When I asked them who cancelled my booking-there was no answer and after making many called to the booking company it became clear that my booking is not cancelled but this was 30-40 minutes later and I had to wait with my suitcases in the lobby. This experience was not good-pretty unnerving.

Das Hotel LONDONSKAYA wurde wegen seiner guten Bewertungen direkt über das eigene Heimatportal gebucht. Die Option mit der Möglichkeit auf früheres Check-in gegen € 85,- Aufpreis, wurde ebenfalls bei der Buchung genutzt, da die Anreise aus Dnipro mit dem Zug erfolgte und Ankunft um 06:35 erfolgte = früheres Check-in würde somit gut passen, auch um sich zu kultivieren und herzurichten. Angekommen im Hotel: Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption grüßte zwar aber sonst keine Anstalten von einem herzlichen Willkommen gegenüber dem Gast wie zum Beispiel die Anreise war oder sonstiges, sondern Diskussion wegen dem früheren Bezug des Zimmers, da gebucht, jedoch nicht möglich, weil nichts im System hinterlegt, aber bei der Buchung der Aufpreis von € 85,- sehr gerne mit eingerechnet worden ist. Das entgegenkommende Service der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption: Keine Entschuldigung, sondern der Hinweis, dass die Gäste bis 12:00 auschecken können und, dass wir gegen 11:00 wieder kommen sollen = bis dahin ungewaschen und mit dem Gewand vom Vortag ausharren bis zum Bezug des Zimmers. Auch wurde nichts dem Gast vorgeschlagen oder angeboten wie man die Zeit bis dahin überbrücken könnte nur, dass man das Gepäck einsperren lassen kann. Sonst nichts! Soviel zum angeblichen ersten Haus in der Stadt Odessa! PS: Wenn schon die Option zur Buchung zum früheren einchecken gegen Aufpreis angeboten wird und der Urlaub nach dem organisiert wird, dann bitte sich auch daran zu halten. Der erste Eindruck samt Optik ist schief dank Ihnen.

London Skyla was closed so I was transferred to the Bristol Motel which was fabulous, the entire staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable

We were originally booked for Londonskaya hotel they were closed so they transferred us to the Bristol Hotel the hotel was absolutely magnificent definite recommendation the staff were so honest polite great service was fantastic

Large, beautiful room. Polite staff. Good service. Very tasty breakfasts. The hotel is located in the historical part of the city of Odessa. The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. My wife and I live in the city of Odessa. We wanted to celebrate the New Year in this part of the city. We really enjoyed. We will return to the London Hotel. Thanks to the staff.

The hotel receptionist Derya Is absolute awesome as usually in Turkey they can be quite rude she was very helpful and the hotel is located in a very good position definitely recommend Cost to shops Metro and restaurants

Just keep in mind that Londonskaya was closed for refurbishment when I arrived. It would have expected you to know that and to have informed me about it in advance. Still, I was put up at Bristol, so the scores you see are for it.
