Toilet had a ring inside of some sort that didn’t come off. The shower was low water pressure and made a loud screeching noise the entire time the water was running. Loud barking dogs in the hallways.
Linens were dirty of stains.
Staff is not friendly and definitely not customer service friendly. My son was told he couldn’t use a towel from a cart of towels after the pool area had none.
Very dirty and outdated.

Our first impression was an ashtray. When I said something the desk person was rude. He said that he couldn’t tell people not to smoke. He said they smoke right outside the door, but the smell was stronger as we went further down the hall. I’m glad our room didn’t contain the stretch.
After getting to our room and settling, we left for dinner and said have a good night to the guy. I wanted to exchange pleasantries since the first encounter was so negative. He completely ignored us. I am glad he wasn’t there in the morning. It really left a bad impression.

The hotel was ok but tired looking and bathroom was in rough shape—broken tile and a shower head that sprayed weakly in all directions. Light and sound came in through the door. The bed and pillows were fine and the room mini fridge was a good size. Breakfast was disappointing. Advertised as a hot breakfast but only hot item was a tray of scrambled eggs. Other breakfast items included make your own waffles, yogurt, cereal, bread, and pre made sausage and egg sandwiches that could be microwaved.

Stopped here during some poor road conditions for a sleep. Front desk quoted us more than what ******* was charging so we booked in their reception area. It’s clean, quiet, breakfast is ok. Our shower did not have much for water pressure at all.
