阿爾特別墅酒店(Boutique Villa Arte)

Konumu fena değil, otopark mevcut, bebek yatağı vardı. Oda kapısı gece rüzgar nedeniyle sürekli ses yapıyor, bir yorumda daha görmüştük örümcek ağlarından bahsediyordu bizim odamızda da vardı. Yatak temizdi, kişisel terlik yoktu. Yorumlarda aşırı övülen kahvaltının saat 9 itibari ile halini fotoğrafta paylaştım ki hiç bir şey yenilenmedi sonrasinda. Gördüğüm en kötü otel kahvaltısıydı. İlk girdiğimizde resepsiyonda ki kadın hiç ilgili değildi 1 saat boyunca pasaportlarimizi tuttu bu bizi rahatsız etti. Ancak çıkarken kızıl saçlı hanımefendi çok ilgilendi ve yardımcı oldu.

L'hotel è ubicato in una posizione molto tranquilla a una decina di minuti dal centro di Ohrid. Si dorme molto bene e i materassi sono ottimi. Struttura costruita da pochi anni. Alla reception parlano solo inglese. In camera c'è chi ha il phone ma non la presa adatta per quella spina o altre senza phone. Un po di dettagli da curare a mio parere. Eravamo in cinque e a nessuno è piaciuta la colazione.

No es un cuatro estrellas. Tres para nuestro estándar. El wifi va fatal y el aire acondicionado expulsa aire templado. El agua de la ducha se sale. Aunque des aviso el personal es amable, pero no muy resolutivo. La ubicación excelente. El desayuno correcto. Tiene parking (imprescindible en la zona)

20 Haziran tarihli Ohrid gezimizde 1 gece burada konaklamayı tercih ettik. Otel konum olarak ara sokakta kaldığı için yerini bulmakta zorlandık ama sahile ve tarihi yerlere yakın olması bizim için avantajlı oldu. 4 kişilik bir aile olarak seyahat ettiğimiz için odaların genişliğini çok önemsiyorduk ve beklentimiz karşılandı. Odalar geniş, temiz ve konforluydu. Wi-fi otelin her yerinde çekiyordu. Kahvaltı ***et mütevazi ve doyurucuydu. Personel güler yüzlü ve kibardı. İngilizceye hakim oldukları için iletişim sorunu yaşamadık. Gelelim eksi yönlerine. Otelde ciddi bir yalıtım problemi vardı. Yan odalardan gelen televizyon, bebek ağlaması, konuşma gibi sesleri çok net bir şekilde duyabiliyorsunuz. Araçla geldiyseniz otopark konusu da başka bir problem. Otelin çevresinde otopark alanı olmadığı için otelin otoparkına inmeniz gerekiyor. Aracınızı oldukça bakımsız ve insana güven vermeyen bir asansöre yerleştiriyorsunuz ve bodrumdaki otoparka bu şekilde inip aracınızı park ediyorsunuz. Odalara çıkmak için kullanılan asansör de epey bakımsızdı. Onun dışında kısa süreli konaklama için tercih edilebilir bir otel.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and organised our room quickly. We were part of a small group tour so enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was in easy walking distance from the Ohrid Lake, restaurants and being close to where we were doing our tour of the old city. The room was nice with a small veranda with a fabulous view over the snow capped mountains. We were disappointed that there was no complimentary water as we were told to be careful of the water. The bathroom was very small and the shower had very poor water prey and the shower leaked into the bathroom. Otherwise, there was a kettle but no complimentary tea or coffee. The bed was king sized and quite comfortable. Breakfast was down in the room adjacent to the lobby and was very good.

I never enjoy leaving a low rating, but there were several issues here. When we arrived, reception wanted to hang on to our passports for an hour because they didn't have a way to make a quick copy - generally not something Americans are accustomed to doing. That wasn't huge, but when we arrived at our room, the garbage was full . . . from the prior guests. The sink also had a ton of dust or something behind the faucet and along the back of the sink. My friend wiped down the whole bathroom and the nice lady at reception changed the trash. Unfortunately, breakfast was also room temperature or cold for foods that shouldn't be, like eggs and breakfast meat. The pastries seemed stale. The wifi also only worked in our room if we stood right up against the door; I hung out in the lobby to take care of things online, which was a really nice area. It's a pity because the room looked lovely and inviting upon arrival.

Unclean rooms, aircondition not working, the hotel clerck told us to open a window, shower drain was slow to drain the shower Breakfast was good. All around it was what a 3 star hotel is and not in a nice way .so .the ,bathroom filled with water.
