L’hôtel est propre, grand et assez calme. Seul bémol, ils font très attention aux styles des personnes voyageant dans cet hôtel. Il faut absolument très bien s’habiller à chaque repas, au risque d’être refusé à l’entrée. Le personnel est super sympa.

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed at in the Caribbean. Many of the staff are dour, ignore you until you actually ask for some service and then the service does not come with a smile. The hotel is all inclusive. When we were shown to our 2 bedroom suite, the man who showed us the room explained what we had in the room, including snacks and a mini bar. He said it would all be replenished each day. We drank the bottle of Prosecco from our fridge and expected it to be replaced; we even confirmed with him that the Prosecco would be replaced. When it was not replaced my girlfriend called reception to ask for it to be replaced and was told “we’ll get back to you”… no-one ever got back to us. I went down to the bar to ask for a bottle and was told that the Prosecco was never replenished. The same went for the crisps etc, we could buy more from the gift shop. We were paying over £780 per night for all inclusive. Late check out, sadly not possible but we understood. The departure luggage store is a cupboard that is stacked full of unused furniture, rolled up carpets and other cardboard boxes; it is neither locked nor guarded. It is about 10 metres from the public road. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world with somewhere secure to leave luggage. The receptionist offered that I could speak to the manager. I was told the manager would see me in 15 mins. After 30 minutes, no show. After an hour no show. Typical of the disdain this hotel has for their guests.

I never leave reviews but this was needed first you can’t use the beach it’s full of seaweed. You have to take a shuttle bus that the hotel provides to another beach. When you get to that beach they charge you for everything. Why must I go to another beach when my hotel has a beach? And I paid for all inclusive? The shuttle only runs on certain days, and they take you at 10 and you return at 2. So if you wanna go to the beach on a day that the hotel doesn’t provide a shuttle. Either pay for an expensive cab or no beach. The beach is 20 mins away. The pools are very very small like backyard sized pools. Me and my wife thought it was funny the pictures online make the pool seem huge they are tiny. We didn’t use the pool our whole vacation. The rooms need to be overhauled immediately they are outdated. No room service at all after 11. On a good note the staff was very good though, and the food was very tasty as well. They don’t switch up the breakfast AT ALL same eggs and bacon for 5 days. And for lunch same 5 choices. Dinner menus switched nightly and again the food was good. Drinks was very good I would not recommend this hotel. Find a hotel that has a usable beach and a decent pool. There is no bar in the pool and at times seemed that the hotel was short staffed. TWICE during our week stay they forgot to makeup our room.

This property offer 6 restaurants online but only 2-3 are working the entire property is under construction and lots of rust and old wood every where . Poor choices in food not much traditional food or tropical fruit everything is American style and basic

Our stay at the Seabreeze Beach House in Barbados was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. On our very first day, there was no running water. To make matters worse, the rooms were dirty, roaches were present, and the food was terrible. This resort is not safe—the showers are not slip-proof, and my young son slipped and fell due to the dangerously slick tiles. The staff and atmosphere made it clear that they cater primarily to European guests and show little regard for guests of color. The service, cleanliness, and overall quality were unacceptable. This was by far the worst vacation experience we’ve ever had. Please save your time, money, and peace of mind—skip this resort and book elsewhere.

Honestly, in my entire life, this is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Zero value for money and the WORST SERVICE on earth. Every negative review on Trip Advisor is true, do not ignore it like me. The staff need intense training on hospitality. Housekeeping is a joke. For a beach hotel, how do you not think to sweep? Guest services shouldn't you smile? Why is a room dirty at 4:00pm? The attitude and incompetence is shocking and they do NOT care, they really think they are doing you a favour. I leave today and I couldn't be happier. I am so exhausted to list everything. A room even got flooded and before my family got another room? Lord. If you are reading this please take my advice and book another hotel please. You will regret staying and Sea Breeze Hotel. Inept.

Upon arrival room was not ready we waited until 4:30 pm for the room. When we asked if there was any upgrade on the room available since it was a VIP hotel they said all the rooms were full. Upon entering our room they placed us in a building with no elevator access and we were traveling with a 5 year old they placed us at the third floor. I asked if there was any possibility of a different room since I had a child and going three floors up and down was not convenient. They said they could give us a room with elevator access but we had to pay $200 extra the night. Meaning they did have rooms empty they just wanted us to pay for the ‘vip’ upgrade. They made Dinner reservations without consulting us, not the restaurant nor the time. Food was mediocre and bad quality with only exception the cerulean restaurant their food was great. The drinks were good. With a few exceptions most of the staff was not attentive and seemed bothered by questions or having to explain the menu. I will not be back

The hotel was incredibly dirty everywhere—the rooms, common areas, and restaurants were full of cockroaches, and even a rat jumped from the garden into the lobby. The hotel staff was extremely disrespectful, treating us terribly, with everyone showing a bad attitude. We’ve never been treated so poorly at a hotel. On top of that, the price is way too high for what the hotel offers. The infrastructure is horrible, with no maintenance; everything is outdated and neglected. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, the power went out several times, and the food—oh, the food—was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had, from breakfast to dinner. Honestly, this is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Don’t waste your money going there—you’ll leave feeling incredibly disappointed. We couldn’t even bear to stay another day and had to move to a different hotel. I truly hope they improve someday, but it’s unbelievable how bad everything was. All the taxis was super rude too , everything was awfull.

Resort Review: Sea Breeze Beach House, Barbados Dates: October 19 - 26, 2024 Room: Sea Fan Room I’m sharing our experience to help others make an informed decision. My spouse and I vacation a couple of times a year, and despite many trips, this is the first time we’ve felt compelled to write a review. Our stay had several issues. The AC unit made a loud, persistent noise, and the toilet broke early on, remaining unrepaired despite multiple calls to maintenance. Shower pressure was low for four days, and we had no hot water for three. Housekeeping was inconsistent, often re-hanging our used towels rather than replacing them. Dining was the biggest disappointment. Most meals were buffet-style, with flies swarming the food, which made dining unenjoyable and unsanitary. Aqua Terra’s menu was supposed to be available elsewhere but never was, and Cerulean’s menu was limited. When we asked to transfer to their sister resort, we were told we’d face a $1,900 penalty, and management was dismissive, saying, “You had a choice, and you chose Sea Breeze.” The ocean views were beautiful, and the staff was kind, but the lack of management response and food hygiene left us feeling disappointed.
