潘提頓三德曼酒店(Sandman Hotel Penticton)

This building is a bit run down, there is only 1 elevator in the entire building. The pool is under renovation, no breakfast included, the air conditioning is noisy like sleeping next to a big engine for the whole night, the only good thing is the room was clean, but very old furniture, me and my husband weight around 260lbs together, the bed with the creaking sound with a very small movement...... I stayed there was because of my Airbnb host no show, and we had no choice to find this room in the last minute during the Canada Day long weekend.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Great location. Only issue was the ice machine could be clearly heard in the room when in use or making ice. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovations. Looking forward to using it on return visit. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are dusty, we had to move to a different room it smells and the bed had hair and some stuff, but the lady in front desk was so kindly give us $20 off for dannys that was nice, on the next day we want clean room, we did put the sign on the door saying what to clean and need so we came back theres no extra towls that we wrote down, the pool was not even done fixing, the rooms and building needs a remakeover

Stay here all the time, great walkable area, venue is across the road, lake is 5-10 min walk away, great restaurants are 5-10 min walk away, greatly situated hotel. The pool was unavailable because of renovations on it and the hot tub, but other then that I had a great time and stay.👍

I booked a queen room- room had a double bed with a Queen headboard. Hotel is dirty and stained, the pool and hot tub are a constriction zone and closed- this was not noted on the website when booking. No toothpaste or toothbrush avialable at front desk when I forgot mine- overall well below what one would expect from a Sandman product.

I had a comfortable bed to sleep in and the room was reasonably clean. It smelled of stale smoke, as did the common hallways, and there are residents there who aren't particularly considerate of your peaceful enjoyment while they hold full-length discussions in the hallways at 12:00am. The finishings of the hotel aren't fantastic. Right as you enter the hotel, you'll find the pavement under the overhang completely chewed up. The lobby is decent, but then the common hallways feel dim and dingy. Part of that is thanks to the carpet pattern choice. I actually thought it was worn out, but, upon closer inspection, I realized the worn-out-looking pattern repeated. The hallways were partially blocked with dirty linen carts both days I stayed there. Not something I really want to see or have to move over for when I'm making my way to my suite. The vending machines a couple doors down made a constant buzzing sound and there were some inconsiderate guests in the suite above me who insisted on walking like elephants, not that Sandman Inn can be held responsible for the ignorance of their guests. Even though every staff member I encountered was pleasant, the other issues make me lean toward not staying there again. I might if there was nothing else available in the area, but it would be out of sheer necessity that I do so.

Front desk staff were very pleasant. The cleaning staff however were VERY inconvenienced by anybody using the horrible elevator or walking down hallway. They just seemed to hate their job and hated guests. 1 day ok- having bad day but EVERYDAY miserable and we were there for 3 days.

Keys to doors never worked and my room wasn’t getting cleaned properly don’t think I would stay there again it was my sons wedding and the first night he had a pastry and the pastry fell on the carpet it was like that til the day we left we actually left a day short because I was not happy staying there

No pool or hot tub. Not notified about this prior to booking although it has been out of service for 2 years!! The shower had hair and was worn out. The beds were very comfortable.
