Erster Eindruck TOP, 2. Eindruck FLOP! Die Zimmer/Zelte sind toll und auch sauber – ist dort schwierig, aber dennoch ist das Housekeeping gut! Pool sehr schön, gut gepflegt, aber nur 4 Liegestühle vorhanden. Martha (Service) und Vanessa (Rezeption) sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, allerdings werden die beiden von anderen Teammitgliedern verschaukelt! Deren Kollegin im Service ist komplett deplatziert: unmotiviert, unfreundlich, unwillig, unangenehm zu sehen, dass sie mit ihrer Kollegin und auch mit Gästen dumm, arrogant und ignorant umgeht! Sie hat keine Lust zu arbeiten und macht keinen Hehl daraus! Sorry, ……geht gar nicht! GLÜCK gehabt: am 25.12. wurden alle Gäste der Tented Lodge zum Eagles ? NEST gebracht (im gleichen Areal, 2min von uns entfernt, aber ?5*), es gab ein Weihnachtsbuffet! Alle haben sich sehr bemüht! Wir wissen, dass es nicht leicht ist, wenn man Weihnachten arbeiten muss! Es war sehr schön, dass die Gäste der beiden Hotels aufgrund der geringen Buchungsrate zusammengeholt haben! Wir hatten einen schönen Abend mit einem guten Essen! Auch das Service dort war viel freundlicher und aufmerksamer! Martha war auch da! Morgens beim 2.Frühstück in der Tented Lodge: Der Boden war noch vom Abend schmutzig, Papier, Brösel, tote Insekten, benutzte Zahnstocher am Boden, es war schmutzig- Service stand unwillig und gelangweilt da, hat einfach die Tische nur halb gedeckt, die Kaffeemaschine hätte eine Reinigung benötigt, die Servicemitarbeiterin hat die Maschine abgedreht und hat gemeint, dass diese kaputt ist,…… sorry, aber hier könnte ich noch eine Seite weiterschreiben! Frühstück war ok, aber mehr auch nicht! Man durfte nicht genau schauen! Ich möchte nicht wissen, wie es in der Küche aussieht! Fakt: Hier fehlt das Management/ eine Führungskraft! Bewertung schwierig, zumal die Unterkunft TOP wäre! Wir haben einen Nachmittag drüben im anderen Hotel beim großen Pool verbracht - TOP Service, Barmitarbeiter war sehr freundlich, alles war gepflegt und sauber - hier kann man sich wohl und willkommen fühlen!

On a séjourné 2 nuits au Eagle lors d'un séjour en groupe. L'emplacement du lodge est exceptionnel. Une vue magnifique, des services au top et un personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement, idéal aussi pour un séjour en famille ou en couple.

Die Lodge würde ich zu dem Preis nicht nochmal buchen. Das Personal hat sich permanent miteinander unterhalten und nicht um die Gäste gekümmert. Wir lagen 2 Stunden am Pool und mussten uns die Gespräche der Mitarbeiter anhören. Uns zu fragen ob wir etwas trinken möchten war keine Option. Dafür mussten wir selbst aufstehen und nachfragen. Da haben wir bedeutend bessere Lodges, mit super freundlichem Personal zu besseren Konditionen gehabt,

Unfassbar schön!!! Freundliches Personal, super essen und ein atemberaubendes Ambiente Die Massage und das drum und dran kann man auch sehr empfehlen. Die Hände sind wirklich heilend… nur zu empfehlen Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

El personal es muy simpático y amable. La cena se compone de un menú, que te comentan a tu llegada por si tuvieran que realizar algún tipo de cambio. Todos los platos me impresionaron, muy sabrosos y en cantidades justas. En los días de viento puedes notar que la lona de la tienda se mueve y consecuentemente hace ruido. Durante la noche puede ser algo molesto.

Lodge lussuoso con una bellissima piscina con vista sulla savana ed in generale molto curato nelle parti comuni. La tenda assegnataci, la n. 1, era in parte in pietra e in parte tendata. Molto spaziosa e con un letto comodissimo, era dotata di ogni comfort, ivi compresa la doppia doccia una interna ed una esterna, oltre che una zona relax con bollitore. L'unica pecca era data dal fatto che il bagno fosse integrato nell'ambiente e di fatto non aveva la porta, con buon pace per chi, in alcuni momenti, vorrebbe godere di un po' di privacy anche dal proprio compagno di stanza... Ci hanno organizzato impeccabilmente le escursioni per Etosha e la visita alla loro riserva privata con aperitivo al tramonto, con il driver ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Scenografico anche il ristorante, anche se il menù era un po' limitato ed i piatti non così abbondanti. Servizio un po' macchinoso. In complesso un'ottima soluzione alloggiativa a due passi dal famoso parco Etosha.

Magnifique lodge, perdu dans les collines près du parc d'Etosha. Beaucoup de charme. Personnel efficace et pro. Mention spéciale pour Jonas au restaurant/bar ! Bonne restauration, recherchée. Excellent pdj. Pour les chambres, beaucoup de charme pour ces tentes sur pilotis, vastes et bien équipées. Magnifique terrasse. Un problème cependant : la nuit, le vent dans les toiles fait beaucoup de bruit (vraiment beaucoup...) : difficile de dormir.

Had a wonderful stay at Eagle Tented Lodge. The staff was very special and looked after us as if we were a royal couple. Thank you MacBrian, Assei and Lydia, you are all wonderful people! The food was very nice, the room was top and the location just magic for us. Not even a flat tyre could bother us, because it was changed for us with a smile. "Just go and have your breakfast, we take care of it...." - what a pleasure!!! Thanks again to everybody at the lodge!!! Gerald & Lisi

Die Unterkunft im „Zelt“ ist ein Abenteuer und macht spass. Der Empfang in der Anlage war sehr herzlich und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist toll, liegt aber ca. 45 Minuten vom Eingang zum Etosha entfernt.

Location was excellent. Quiet, close to Etosha. The food was really good. The beds were fantastic, we didn’t have time to enjoy the bad on the terras but definitely will next time. One of the guys even washed our car before we left. Oh, and the massage at the neighbour lodge was absolutely amazing. We can only recommend this place. The staff was extremely friendly, all of them

We had an incredible time at the lodge ! The staff absolutely made the visit! Stoney, McBrian and Jeffred were THE MOST amazing company for our stay. By chance we had the whole hotel to ourselves for one night, so we thoroughly enjoyed chatting to them about the amazing surroundings and beautiful country. Thank you for listening to us and not getting all the breakfast out and wasting any food haha! Our tour with Jeffred in the evening was the most magical drive, I will cherish the beers and chats with you for a very long time. There won't be a sunset as beautiful. Along with the amazing drive to Etosha, we were truly spoilt by you, THANK YOU! Mc Brain - I KNOW YOU WILL SEE THIS! You are a superstar - You could not have made our stay better, the car was was completely not needed - BUT we apricate you! Good luck with your studies - I will keep an eye out for you on here :-) The rooms were spotless with incredible views at night, you will never see stars anywhere else in the world. To the owners of the hotel - Your staff are a testament to you, I highly recommend everyone to stay.

Nice Tents. You feel like in a Africa movie in the last century. Great mountain view. A couple of giraffes on the lodge. The service team was excellent. We were part of the family and had a good stay even it was only one night.

Wonderfut pleace, very welcoming ! The view was absolutely fabulous and the tents very confortable. We could have a cocktail before dinner on our terrasse. Diner and breakfast were delicious ! I recommand this place !

Sehr schöne Lodge mit sehr freundlichem u d aufmerksamen Personal. Großes Zelt mit toller Terrasse und Aussicht. Gemauertes Bad mit Innendusche, sowie Außendusche mit Aussicht. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.
