La estancia incluía el desayuno, no recibimos el servicio ya que todo estaba vacío. No había nada para desayunar.

Property was limited on parking and there was a homeless tent community behind the parking lot. It was sketchy.

Staff was excellent, for such a new hotel, our door was very loose and had to be dead bolted to keep it closed, toilet seat was broken, carpet ripped in room, Ac not working. Hotel smelled like cigarretts, and the neighbors were very loud (not hotels fault)

My son went to the hospital and we stayed here was great the second night we stayed the first room was dirty but got upgraded to a suite she was super sweet took care of us made it a great stay thanks sv

For the price it was excellent. Some quirks here and there, but the staff was kind and very helpful. Would stay there again for sure.

When we arrived the first thing I did was check for a hair dryer and there was not one in the room. There was also no iron and no mirror (only the bracket for it) in the bedroom, only in the bathroom. We turned on the heat and went to dinner. When we got back it was horribly hot, 85 degrees in the room. We turned the AC on to cool it down. We turned the heat back on to sleep and once again it was terribly hot. I could hardly sleep. The sheets would not stay on the bed and the bed was very soft and uncomfortable. The staff took a hair dryer from another room and the next morning it didn't work. If I hadn't already paid for 2 nights, I would have found another hotel. Our room overlooked a homeless encampment.

Just not the best experience. Room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Neighbors were fighting in the early hours of the morning. Had to call front desk several times. Missed breakfast due to being told the wrong time.

I have pictures of the sheets that were on one of the beds so tired that were all sharing a bed but if it wasn’t so late we would of packed up

Although there were positive aspects about my stay, such as the cleanliness of my room, the kind staff, and the delicious breakfast, it was just so much less than what I expected. The hotel itself could use some much needed maintenance, as there were broken light fixtures outside and even one in my bathroom. Outside was also littered with trash, which attracted many birds. There is a sign indicating your car will not be safe so take your valuables inside, but I did not anticipate transients roaming outside of the building all day and night. My boyfriend and I were even approached several times for various items. The back door also broke as we were trying to reenter the building. The safety of the customers should be the top priority.
