俄克拉何馬城西北萬怡酒店(Courtyard Oklahoma City Northwest)

During check in the gentleman at the desk spoke maybe two words. Didn’t tell me what i was being charged just asked me to swipe my card. Then handed me the room keys. I had to ask what room I was in and he told me. There were ants crawling on the toilet and tub. The overall room wasn’t bad but there was hair in the bathroom and shower. We left our room to find a snack later in the evening and there was a horrible sewer smell in the hall way that worsened the closer we got to the gym/pool area. Not the worst stay, but don’t plan on coming back. We are frugal with our money and will probably pay the extra $50 to stay at the Embassy Suites up the road as we did a few weeks ago.

We ended up in a handicap room. Which was fine except the way the shower was set up, it flooded the bathroom and seeped out into the main room. You could tell this was a recurring issue. I woke up with a severe allergic reaction, im guessing to black mold that would be hidden in the damp carpet. Also the cleaning crew stole my pants instead of turning it into lost and found. I am beyond upset with this stay

After reading many reviews I decided to book me and my husband’s trip to OKC at this hotel. Check in was rather easy and finding the room was also. I booked a non smoking room but upon entering there was a smell of cigarette smoke. When pulling back the bed covers there were crumbs on the sheets and one of the pillow cases had a pink hair dye stain on it. I tried to call the front desk with the phone in the room but it was disconnected. So I used my cell phone to call the front desk to see if we were able to switch rooms because of the smoke smell. They told us they were all booked and we were unable to switch so I asked for fresh linens and some room spray. Jeannie at the front desk was very accommodating and did what she could to help us.

I like that it was close to the shopping malls. I didn’t like that the bedding smelled horrible and they charged for breakfast. For the money I would probably find another hotel next time.

Clean, was able to check in very early. Bed was comfortable. Seal in window was broken so window isn’t clear. Shows some age wear. But still nice

For last minute change in plans. Cute, cozy, home for the weekend. Courteous staff, clean room, plenty of room.

This hotel was extremely clean and well maintaned. The location was perfect for our day at Remimgton park

For a Marriott it wasn't very nice & there was no breakfast. Staff was really nice
