俄克拉何馬市機場希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City Airport)

We stayed for a trade show over the weekend. When we first entered the hotel there was a strange aroma. Lobby was clean so we didn't know exactly where it was coming from. Check in was super easy. Staff was very friendly. Upon exiting the elevator we smelled **** very heavily. Once we got into our room the **** smell went away but was immediately replaced with what we described as a possible sewage smell. It was coming from the heating vents. I almost asked to switch rooms but didn't think that would help. The beds were comfortable. Room as expected. I don't like having to ask the hotel for turn down service or housekeeping to do their job. For a hotel room that costs over $100 a night, I expect my toiletries to be refilled, clean towels, etc without asking. The 2nd night the lobby still smelled but our room didn't. The 3rd night the smell was back. I am going to assume there is a sewage issue somewhere on the property. I won't stay here again. Also, having to pay extra for a continental breakfast is silly.

The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The young lady who helped me most mentioned she was training. Keep her! She was friendly and informative. She made me feel appreciated.

It close to several restaurants the airport and highway what i didn't like is the room offered by ******* does not exist in this hotel and we had to basically share everything

Customer service was the worst we’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Wouldn’t recommend this location. Room didn’t have coffee maker and we were accused and charged for it. Wondering how often they do this for extra charges.

Hotel was clean and very conveniently located for us. The staff (especially Brittany) was super helpful!

This place is one of our favorite in OKC because of the proximity to great restaurants, sports bars, shopping, airport, etc

Austin was great during the check in process and should be commended for his excellent customer service! The facilities were clean and comfortable. I will stay here again the next time I’m in OKC
