It was nice

I booked a superior room with king bed, and got a regular king room instead. No fridge, no sofa. Instead, we got a chair and an ice bucket. I expected to pay $210/night and was charged over $300/night after they ran my card for an additional $50 with absolutely no explanation. The entire place was covered in drunks carrying drinks through the lobby and hallways and the guests in nearby rooms were loud well not the night. I wasn’t impressed. Especially for the money. The building is beautiful, but the service and culture was not worth the charges.

Hotel is very nice, staff super friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is was excellent and so is coffee. The problems are hotel it in flight path so while not super loud you will hear planes pretty regularly. If you self park and have someone in wheelchair or need luggage cart it will be a pain, not set up well at all for self parking.

Beautiful place, great front desk service and valet Room deodorizer smell in lobby is ROUGH and way too strong. Fridge of some sort in room would be nice….since that’s the norm these days, it was a shock not to have that nicety. Beds were excellent.

I try to stay here whenever I stay in OKC. I know I should try other hotels but I love the welcoming staff, unpretentious ambiance, and the physical property itself. Piano bar has great look feel and excellent bartenders. Oh yeh beds are comfy too

The hotel was pretty, updated but still lots of history. $50 to park my car in the garage!! $50 in addition to the $200 a night and no breakfast. I get it was a prime location but still

I have stayed at the Skirvin for years always my favorite. The last 3 times I’ve stayed I’ve been disappointed. This last visit was the last time I’ll stay there. Our room was dirty the bed skirt on one of the beds was very stain and had tears in it and it was all tucked under the mattress. I have photos I wish I could share. Bathroom walls were dirt with rust mark’s everywhere. Some of the furniture was very scratched and dinged up.

******* needs to pay me my money back on a two night stay and stop making reservations for this hotel. It was mismanaged and staff didn't really care if you liked your stay or not!!!! Soon as we got there was a big sold out concert at the nearby arena. They didn't bother to higher a security guard to make sure other vehicles weren't following customers that were staying at hotel into parking garage. Had to pay high dollar for valet parking which our vehicle sat outside the hotel garage because parking garage was full. Then went to jacuzzi after getting to my room and put my foot into it to find out it was an only 68° instead of 101° to 104° like it's supposed to be. Then both mornings in hotel on the 6th floor had insufficient boiler for hotel, had very cold water on hot at early morning on til at least noon. Then on
