Staff was very friendly and welcoming, I had breakfast and the lady working in there was a nice treat!

Hotel was nice. There was a loud noise repeatedly above us all night long that shook the room. Said something to front desk with no help. Woke us up repeatedly.

We always stay at a holiday inn because we know that they are always clean and really nice hotels from the outside to the rooms. This was so bad and so very gross. It was more on par with a budget hotel like a motel 6. There was mold in the shower. The right side of the bed outlets didn't work. The blankets smelled. The bed was so uncomfortable. There were mysterious stains on the couch and the chair. One of the walls had a terrible patch job. After checking in and seeing this we went to get the rest of our bags and the front desk asked how our room was and we told him that it was horrible and he said yeah we are renovating and brushed it off. No were on the website did it say they were renovating. We paid 360 for what what equated to a motel 6. Please please stay away.

Almost always stay here when im in OKC. A very nice property thats has a friendly staff and clean inviting rooms

The stay was great honestly. I had booked my room through ******* and somehow the Holiday Inn still managed to overcharge me even though I already have a non refundable stay. I am now being overcharged for $320.77 on top of the charge through *******.

My go to hotel when I’m in Oklahoma City. Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable sleeping

Very nice hotel in a great location. Room was nice and cozy. Sparkling clean.

The air conditioner in our first room didn’t work we got moved to another room but not until we came back from our plans that evening and it was late. The second room smelled musty like mildew the air conditioner was leaking and the floor was wet they were unable to move us so we just dealt with it. It was horrible

Besides I had to try 3 rooms before I got one where everything worked but the phones? Because the phone didn’t work. No coffee in the room. Literally the WORST hotel experience ever.

Impressive lobby, extremely friendly and welcoming front staff. Pool area was clean, as was our room. Great location but also quiet. Only downside is breakfast wasn’t included with our stay. Still, great value for the money. I’d stay here again.

Great stay for just one night!

This was the second time we have stayed here. They are always very nice and friendly when we check in!! And the area is very nice and quiet.

Great service. Navarro (?) at check in was exceptionally helpful and courteous. He was also there at check out around 14 hours later and was still pleasant.

My room smelled like sewer gas and staff was able to easily switch me to a different room.
