俄克拉何馬城西北高速公路麗怡酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Oklahoma City at Northwest Expressway, OK)

My stay was great. I travel for work and this hotel had all my travel needs. The room appeared clean, the hvac unit worked and ran at a reasonable decibel level, the shower/ tub was clean and operational for both functions, the tv was operational, and there was enough room to do some minor calisthenics. I’m very happy with my stay and I’m sure I’ll be back.

Me and my daughter checked into this hotel and found the first room toilet didn't work. Went to the front desk and was put into another room. Found bed bug crawling up the side of the bed. We chose to leave. The lobby staff that checked us in for a 3 night stay didn't even ask why we were leaving at 1am, simply said "put the key on the counter". We left to stay at another hotel after wasting the cost of 3 nights. Then 3 days later we are charged another $85 charge and Choice Hotels has no idea why, referred us back to the location. So three messages later and being told the manager will call back and still no reply. I have stayed an several Country Inn & Suites with no problem but this location is the worst I have ever been to. Do not book at this hotel!!!!

A pesar de que solicité que se hiciera la limpieza y cambio de toallas todos los días, no lo hicieron. Los empleados de recepción anotan en un cuaderno estas solicitudes en lugar de registrarlas en su sistema de computadora por lo que es fácil que quien limpia los cuartos, no lea lo escrito en el cuaderno. El desayuno solo se basa en tiras de huevo revuelto y bisquets todos los días, y aunque se nos indica que inicia a las 7, la empleada pieza a poner las cosas a las 7:15. No hace decaf que porque nadie se lo pide. Lo pedí yo, pero no lo hizo. La gente de recepción no resuelve ningún problema; tienen que llamarle por teléfono al "boss_. Yo tuve que limpiar el basurero de mi habitación en una bolsa que me dio la recepcionista pues ella se negó a hacerlo, pese a que,vdesde que llegué y me registré, solicité limpieza diaria. Jamás recomendaría a nadie esté hotel. Mi experiencia en él fue terrible.

When i arrived my reservation was cancelled without them even calling i didnt arrive till late but still needed a room terrible management never stay there

The employee working there by the last name Patel was absolutely the rudest incompetent person i have ever dealt with .totally unprofessional.

The room itself was great. Bed was super comfortable. There were hardly any choices for breakfast tho. And the room wasnt stocked with towels and washcloths.

It has bed bugs we check in at 1 in the morning we left the property at 5 am cause of bed bugs in bed

Nothing unique about old, unkempt, dilapidating building. I booked an upgraded King Suite for comfortable seating as my husband and I are senior. We were given a Standard King room and told not help would be provided to change the accommodation, only to contact 3rd party booking company for any expectations of anything else. The room was dingy. 2 of four lamps flickered if bumped or moved. Tile grout discusting. Handicap shower chair was even worse. Obvious holes in drywall around bathroom floor area. Bedskirt completely torn off one edge on foot of bed, very obvious with the way the bed was made. The breakfast selections were limited at best. Cereal was probably the best option, if you trust milk was ok. Toast and peanut butter/jelly available also. Biscuits provided were hard and dry. Gravy was thin, no taste. Eggs were frozen egg patties heated up. No type of bacon/sausages or even pastries. Cream cheese cups were available but no bagels or other item to use it on. We were told we could only consume the complimentary breakfast in the dining area not our room. The attendant in the breakfast area was hard to understand. Felt like being in grade school with principal watching over your shoulder.

It was just okay. Not enough towels and staff didnt want to give more only gave 1 towel. It was just okay thought the stay would of been better service.
