俄克拉何馬城西南育空舒適套房酒店(Comfort Suites Yukon - SW Oklahoma City)

We usually book in OKC, but wanted to avoid the homeless population so we drove to Yukon. The only complaint was the price, but I'm sure that was due to the WCWS that week. Room was clean. Area around the hotel was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The indoor pool was not heated like we were told it was. The pool was very dirty. It looked like it had not been cleaned out for about a week. Dead flies and bugs in the pool. Look like spit floating in the pool. Hair in the pool. The front desk employees were very nice and personable. The beds were comfortable.

We stayed here for my nephews HS Graduation. The staff was very nice & friendly! The hotel was kind of dated, but acceptable for the price, especially since I delayed booking and was able to even get a room last minute. Indoor pool was clean and open for business, so many hotels show pools in pictures but they’re still shut down when you get there. The elevator was a bit sketchy and slow, but the room was clean and the AC worked great. Comfy couch & beds. Shower worked good, not too slow to heat. Our number one complaint was that while we were there last night, someone broke into our pickup and stole around $1500 worth of electronics and other items, despite the fact that we parked under lights and two spots away from a security camera! Staff was helpful and apologetic, police got our report filed quickly but let us know that the area has been targeted a lot lately. Felt like that was something I needed to share with potential visitors.

Our room was very nice and the daytime staff was friendly. The evening staff at the front desk was grumpy and rude. The pool was disgusting. It was full of hair and skin cells. It was so warm that you felt like you were swimming in nothing but bacteria. The water wasn’t clear at all. The night staff acted like it was an imposition to get us some extra towels. We had four people in the room and the cleaning staff never gave us more than three towels. We probably won’t stay at this hotel again. Very disappointing.

Checked in and went to the room. It smelled heavily of chemicals which triggered my asthma. After using my inhaler, I went downstairs to look for the ice machine to make an ice pack and cool down. I went the wrong way and came across the pool area - which was closed. There was dust in the air from the tile they had been cutting and the floors were dirty - fine dust everywhere! It was difficult to breathe which was a terrible setting to be in. I went to the room to get my things and checkout. I was there for about 30 minutes total. I called Orbitz support for help and they helped me book a comparable room at a different hotel. Comfort Suites was not comfortable and very clearly needed cleaning on the inside and outside of the building. The room was small, dark with depressing colors and smelled terrible. It was not inviting. The outside of the building needed to be power washed and had stains all over the front of the building. There was mildew staining around the windows. It did not appear to be well maintained. I would not go back or recommend this property to others.

Enjoyed the large room, pool was nice, it was family friendly, breakfast was good. Needed a second remote for the tvs

Nice place. Good breakfast. Easy on and off I 40. Lots of shopping and food places within a short drive.

My stay at Comfort inn was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Location of hotel is great.

There is a club right next to the hotel and we heard reverb from their music until 1am . Needless to say we didn’t get to sleep until after that.
