The coffee was terrible! please switch brands. The machine was cool. The room was clean except for the toilet. Someone had urinated in it and didn't flush. yuck.

The soundproof rooms are the best! It’s so nice to stay at a hotel with comfortable beds and not be able to hear people walking on the floor above you or doors closing next to you. Would totally recommend.

I love the fact that the rooms are soundproof. We got in from our flight around 12:30 in the morning and didn’t have to worry about disturbing the people in the rooms next to us or others waking us up early the next morning. And the beds are pretty comfortable, so that’s a bonus.

There was a terrible issue with *******. I prepaid my hotel for two rooms and upon arrival, *******'s payment was not working. We waiting 45 minutes or longer after a long day of work while ******* transferred the hotel manager to other people. Meanwhile I chatted with someone on ******* trying to work from that side as well. That person just tried to get rid of me and said the other "team" was going to address my issue which they never did. This HOTEL was gracious enough to help us out with the reservation, cancel the ******* one and our pricing with my AAA turned out to be LESS than the ******* "deal". Kudos to the manager at this hotel for being understanding and realizing this was NOT our fault. The first lady at the front desk could have been a little more kind in the beginning but she seemed to be having a rough day overall. Nice, clean hotel. Well-kept with several restaurant options close by.

Upon arrival the desk clerk would not look at me, did not respond when I said hello and just asked for my name. She was the most unfriendly clerk I have experienced. They could use some good customer service training.
