They charged twice. I had already paid with ******* but still had to pay more once I got there, so the price displayed is not correct. The staff was rude. They got mad at us for laughing at the elevators accusing us of sneaking people in when we clearly told the front desk how many people we had, along with the reservation with *******. One of our rooms didn’t have any type of water pressure to take a shower & the hot water on the sink was a trickle. The beds were dirty, you could literally see the dirt & nasty stains. Do yourself the favor & just spend a little bit more on a better hotel. Will never be returning here again.

Overall for the money it was nice and clean. However it only had a full size bed with springs in the mattress. Not comfortable and very noisy when you move.

The mattress is very thin, and there was a lot of noise from the neighbors.

The room was smaller then I expected, the bed was very uncomfortable, didn't get much sleep, I could hear everything going on around me in the middle of the night, the shower head was away from the wall, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the wall unit kept me up also because it beeped when it would turn on, and I had to flip the breaker on twice for the bathroom lights

Entered room and room smelled so strongly of pesticides that it burned our eyes. Fleas were in the beds. Staff was unhelpful and hung up on us saying it “was not their problem” when we explained the situation. We were denied a refund/ any help!

The staff was very friendly. The other guests were very loud all hours. Our beds were very uncomfortable and the room exterior wall and ceiling had water damage and paint flaking off.

The place smelled. There was no ice machine, no hair dryer or coffee pot in the room and no breakfast in the morning. Good thing I was only there a couple of days.

Location was nice and convenient. Rooms were clean, beds were okay. The only down fall to this hotel was there is nobody who works the front desk overnight or early morning. We checked out early and left some items in the room. Both keys were in the room so I couldn’t get my items out. I called the number and no answer. I was t able to get my items, which was very frustrating.

Old, rundown, no amenities crap-hole! I booked this based on the good reviews here. I don't know where those people stayed, but it could not have been here. Unless those reviews were paid for. The elevators, stairwell & hallways wreak of pot. My room has an old musty smell. The window unit air conditioners stuck in the wall looks like its from the 1950s. NO amenities. No tissue box. Nothing in the bathroom but 1 bar of soap. No cups or glasses of any kind. I even went and asked at the front desk for something and all she could offer was a gross coffee cup she had sitting on her counter. Doesn't even have a bedside or any kind of lamp. My only lighting is the french fry spotlight above the bed. Oh and there's a big gooey glop of what has to be mold on the smoke detector. The floor is gross and hasn't been mopped in ages. The blinds are broke and don't open. I can't believe Choice Hotels is associated with this dump. Do yourself a favor and pay a few more $$ somewhere else. Wish I had!
