Tim, the young man who checked me in, was I believe the night manager was a complete angel. Let me tell you the situation: My sewer line had collapsed, and we literally had to have a place to come for showers and restroom. I had tried several local extended stay hotels who refused to let us rent (because we were locals) owned by HILTON. So, I tried Best Western, I walked in with tears in my eyes and story of what was going on he attentively listened and assured me it would not be a problem and that it was all going to be OK. How right he was. The room was beautiful and comfortable, endless hot water and great breakfast. I will never forget the kindness shown to my husband and myself at a very trying time. I will sing the praises of BEST WESTERN to everyone I know. Please Tell TIM thank you!

This place was fabulous! I have never had a better hotel stay, even at the fancier hotels I’ve been to. My first impression was I went in with our luggage and my mom was parking the car and the manager (I didn’t get her name but it might have been Kerry the manager) came out of the office and I have the loveliest conversation with her! She was a very lovely and pleasant person, very surprising as some of the reviews were about horrible customer service. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, normal hotel room but felt exquisite as I’ve been at two hotels in the same town and this was by far the best. Very clean, didn’t have soap in the bathroom but not really a problem. The breakfast was amazing! I’ve never been excited to eat a hotel breakfast and normally skip it but this one was fabulous! I actually ate breakfast for the first time in years and it was wonderful! The ladies did such a good job making it amazing, but putting out whipped cream, fruit, and chocolate along with syrup for the pancakes. The oatmeal had brown sugar, nuts and syrup. They even had a premade hot omelet if you wanted. So good! I will absolutely be coming back here if I’m back in OKC!

This hotel is in need of updating outside and inside but it offered a reasonable price for the night. Very noisy ( road noise) if staying on the front side. Back was much quieter. .The room was slightly scruffy but clean. The bedding and towels were clean. No breakfast. Not the best we have stayed in but definitely not the worst. For a one night stay it was passable.

Simply incredible experience. From the moment at check in to check out this was a 5 star experience. I was travelling solo to visit family about 20 minutes away and the staff happily helped me find my new favorite coffee shop, as well as great places to chill out for a meal and a cocktail that were friendly on my wallet with the vibes I needed. The car/shuttle service was on point and was offered before I even had to ask once I knew the direction I was headed. I got a king corner room and it was amazing in itself. Great views, comfy bed and after the cleaning staff made the bed they put my book back on the bed with the page opened to where I had left it. Nice touch!! My only regret here was that I didn't get the names of the guys working the counter and the drivers. You were all amazing - thank you. I will be back.

I stay 100+ night per year in hotels. This is one of the better ones. Right downtown, walking distance to BrickTown, the Gardens, and everythign else. Amazing architecture inside and out. A wonderful restaurant, Tellers. Great staff. The rooms are gorgeous with super comfy beds and soundproof windows. Also great valet. Some things can be improved upon. No real sundry store (and none within walking distance. The lights in the bathroom are poor. The shower did not get overly hot. Overall a great stay and I would absolutely stay again.

So far the things that I look for in a hotel are not being met. I counted on the free shuttle to get to the hotel, my plane came in shortly after 11:00 pm, their shuttle ends at 10:30 pm. I was hoping to use the internet, for some reason it did not work or was not stable on my floor or at my room. I thought this was a thing of the past - but not with this hotel. My last observation is absolutely bizarre. Their breakfast bar did not have enough sausage to go around this morning. Sausage is a freezable item. How could you not have enough sausage? I bought a diet coke when I reported the sausage shortage - you would think they would have said - oh - we are sorry and the diet coke is on us. They do not have the customer skills to figure that one out.

Kkwa829This is a pleasant, well-maintained property that delivers an experience consistent with what you would expect from Holiday Inn Express. Most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was in working order. Common areas were well-kept and inviting. Front desk personnel were friendly. I inquired about a late checkout and was cheerfully offered a 2 PM checkout, which I appreciated (things like that are remembered). Parking (self-parking) is $15 per night, with in-and-out privileges. That seems reasonable for an urban hotel near the heart of a medium-sized city. The parking is in an outdoor lot behind the hotel, with access controlled by your room key activating a swing arm (a swing arm also guards the lot exit, but it lifts automatically; no key card is required to lift it). Hotel guests may keep their cars in the lot during the afternoon after checkout provided they do not leave the lot and attempt to re-enter the lot. The ”Bricktown” development (seemingly Oklahoma City's attempt to replicate the San Antonio River Walk) is a short 2-block walk from the hotel. A stroll along the canal is a nice experience. The complimentary breakfast was standard Holiday Inn Express fare, with staff doing a nice job keeping hot items restocked. Hot items included a pancake machine, freshly made oatmeal, sausage links, potatoes, and pre-fab cheese ”omelets”. The fitness center is fairly run-of-the-mill for mid-tier lodging, with two treadmills, an elliptical machine, a bike, a weight machine, some dumbbells, medicine balls, and a weight bench. I appreciate that the room had a microwave and dorm-sized refrigerator. A couple of small nits: (1) The fitness center had music coming through speakers in the ceiling, and it was loud. When standing on the elliptical machine, the speaker was within a short distance of my head. Hey hotel: it's 2024; people generally bring their own audio entertainment to their workouts. (2) While I appreciated the late (2 PM) checkout, I did find myself locked out of my room at 1 PM so had to go back down to the desk to get the key reauthorized. Overall, however, I would recommend this property and would stay again were my travels take me to downtown OK City.

訪訪客Do not always believe what u read or hear about something or somewhere. I came to stay at the Days inn on NW Expressway, OKC until I could find a home and I have 2 dogs. They have helped me out more than any places ever has. They respect my privacy, they watch out for everyone that stays here, and they even hand out a candy bar or drink once in a while to the people passing by that may not have anywhere to go. I've never seen them treat anyone without respect and the. Name sure their to everyone. The rooms don't. Have bugs, they are pet friendly and don't forget breakfast every morning ? So take the time and join us at the Days Inn you won't have to worry about any crimes or bad people either. The rates are really good, and it's located in a spot that u can get food, go shopping, go to the park, or the hospitals. Convenience at its finest!
