My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Rooms are very clean and service is great. We will definitely go back and stay again.

The best thing about this hotel, is that it is right off the broadway extension, so very easy to jump on the highway and get wherever you need to be. The room itself was relatively comfortable, but that's where most of the positives end. This hotel is VERY run down. Which surprised me since this is Edmond, which is generally a very well-kept city and why I chose to stay here vs something more expensive in OKC. It is used as a living space for many of its tenants which shows. From the lobby, stairs, dining area, and even the bedroom, everything could use a new coat of paint as there are scuffs, things on the walls, etc. The floor boards under the carpet of my room (and stairs) were uneven with noticeable dips when walking to the bathroom and sink, and creaked considerably. Walls were also very thin. I went to breakfast around 9am, and there was almost nothing left. It was incredibly messy, no one was cleaning the food surfaces or tables, and no one was restocking any of the food.

For the price we were very happy with our one night stay. Better than i thought it would be. Felt clean and updated in the room. But the tv was outdated and had no on screen guide. The staff was very friendly. Parking lot and area felt safe. The back lot was queit with flat grass sections to walk the dogs. Great breakfast with coffee creamer flavors, hot waffles, eggs and sausage (more food options than most places of similar price). Love having coffee in the room too.

Staff was friendly. Easy check in. Room itself needs alot of upgrades. Bed sheets had tears here and there. Floor would squeak every time you walked. Bathroom was super small. Walls and doors were very dirty.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and really like it. It is getting dated on some of the items like the carpet in the rooms could be changed for tile floor or new carpet. The curtains did not pull all the way across and so I had a street lamp all night that made me feel secure but like it was daylight out. I wished I would have known the pool was still open but it's ok, I had homework to finish and just wanted to relax in my room. The breakfast was ok, nothing real special. I almost had a doughnut but they were to hard and coldl. I did have some mini waffles and they were goodl. They offered a lot of different items for breakfast for people with special dietary needs. Over all I was satisfied and left a little something for the overlooked workers, Housekeeping.

The property at first appeared to be a good value. Then I discovered that they charged me $50 extra twice for no reason that they can give me. I could have stayed at a 5 Star Hotel cheaper. BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't dare give these guys your credit card number or they will start racking it up!

Some one had the genius idea to book a family with 3-5 year olds on the top floor. No sleep forus until 12:30 a.m.

The bed was comfortable, but the floors were very weak and noisy with every step. The people above us seemed to pace across the floor all night long.

There was gum stuck on yhe wall. There was puboc hairs at eye level in the shower. There was white questionable stains on the carpet. It looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. It felt dirty in the room
