Buen lugar limpio trankilo el desayuno muy bueno y el personal atienden muy bien a los huéspedes

Staff was friendly room was clean and roomy bed was comfortable breakfast was good this area very nice but rest of the place very run down especially pool area which is in much need of repair and redo.

Room was not made up the 3rd night. Had to go to front desk every night for enough towels. Night desk clerk on nights 2, 3, and 4 acted like I was a burden and elevator was broken on night 4. Stayed there again because staff and service was so good a year ago.

Found food from previous tenants in room. Found used ear plug in room. Ripped couch cushions, office chair and worn/scratched furniture found in room. Staff was nice but the place is not well looked after. Very limited parking. No extra blanket. AC in room not adjustable.

Nice hotel for the price especially on a work trip room to work on your laptop and a room to chill and watch tv without having to sit on the bed. They could use a little faster WIFI but a nice hotel for the price.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Should have given 4 star though as coffee machine did not work and coffee wasn't maintained in the pot (either was empty or cold). Other than coffee, all was excellent.

The property was clean and in a convenient location for us. The breakfast was great. Our only issue was that our room had a very strong chemical smell. We checked in late in the evening and so tired we thought it would fade away but it was so strong that by morning our nose and throat burned and we had headaches. When we left the room for breakfast and then came back in the room it was still very very noticeable. Our mistake for not asking to change rooms.

I was quite disappointed in the overall condition of the place. Lots of stained carpet, broken tiles, peeling paint, broken furniture, the tv in our room had a very bad picture/some of the backlights were out, the fridge was broken…..overall it was just a fairly unpleasant stay. The breakfast left a lot to be desired; the eggs were really watery, the coffee machine was broken every morning except 1, and most of the time they were out of half of the hot plate items. There only towels in the pool area on the first day, and it was nearly impossible to find someone at the desk at any given time. After standing there for 20 minutes the second day, I just left. Overall; not a great experience.

We will definitely stay at this property in the future. We were quite satisfied with the room, hotel and free breakfast!
