Posizione fantastica e tranquilla…in collina in mezzo alla natura, strategica…in pochi minuti di auto raggiungi le più belle spiagge dei dintorni. Struttura pulitissima e ben curata, camere molto spaziose e pulitissime. I proprietari Federico e Francesca sono disponibilissimi è molto cordiali e accoglienti. Offrono un servizio di ristorante solo per gli ospiti davvero eccezionale, cibo fresco e di qualità. Struttura da 5 stelle piene per tutti i servizi.

Formidable havre de paix ou tranquillité, détente et confort sont les maîtres mots. Et que dire du jardin, de la piscine et de cette vue splendide sur la mer!

Villa Anastasia is a wonderful property to stay at. We (me, my wife and 2 x children - 7 & 11) stayed for 10 nights and then an extra 2 (due to plane issues). Federico and Francesca made us feel so welcome and were always on hand for advice, tips and generally to help out. The rooms are lovely and spacious, and the food is amazing. The kids loved the Nutella crepes at breakfast - while eggs & bacon/Toastie/omelette were all great. We ate here a few times in the evening due to convenience and the great home cooking of Francesca. If you want to explore Costa Smerelda this property is ideally situated. We all loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

We recently stayed 3 nights at this sweet little hotel. It is in a lovely position up on a hillside with gorgeous views. We stayed in the cottage which is connected to the main house. It was spacious and clean, with a little sitting area outside that overlooked the pool and grounds. To be honest, I didn't expect it to be as beautiful as it was from the photos. In reality, sitting under the old olive tree and being surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature was magical. We ate dinner at the hotel once, and it was great. Lots of options to choose from and I highly recommend the grilled fish platter. To say that there was enough food is an understatement. It was plentiful and fresh, and even came garnished with lemon from the tree on the property. Breakfast included a number of options and was generous as well. The best part about this hotel are the owners. We came with no plans and Federico was great in suggesting where we should go. We simply followed his advice and wound up at some beautiful beaches as well as the mountain village of San Pantaleo which was interesting and beautiful. I accidentally left an item behind and didn't realize it until two weeks later as we were preparing to leave Sardinia. Federico and Francesca had kept it for me and had it waiting for pick up as we were travelling through the area again on the way to the airport. To be honest, I wish that every place we'd stayed at in Sardinia was as lovely and hospitable as Villa Anastasia. It is a beautiful property with great service and wonderful hosts.

This is just the most terrific place with the most terrific owners. We were not the ideal easy guests; dealing with flight cancellations, our days got mixed up and there was a lot of back and forth; the owners were accommodating at every turn. The view from the 2nd floor room is beautiful. Water in the distance. There’s no noise, wonderfully quiet. Worth knowing: the breakfast will be ready for you every day. But if you want dinner, you do need to order in the morning (because they shop based on what you order). Highly suggest this place if you’re charting a boat from NSS as well because it’s a 6 min drive from the marina.
