中央酒店

Sono stati gentilissimi e molto efficienti nella comunicazione. Ci hanno dato istruzioni in ogni modo possibile (email e chiamate) ed istruzioni chiarissime su come entrare in hotel anche a tarda notte. La colazione è stata molto piacevole e gradita. Grazie di tutto.

Das Hotel Centrale ist wie es der name sagt sehr zentral gelegen. Es ist direkt an der Ausgeh- und Flaniermeile von Olbia. Daher ist es nicht geeignet, wenn man gerne seine Ruhe hat. Wir hatten z. B. am Abend vor unserem Balkon bis um 01:00 laute Live-Musik - uns hat es gefreut, andere würde es wohl stören. Jedoch muss man sagen, dass die Fenster bestens schallisoliert sind und somit bei geschlossenem Fenster keine grosse Störung bestanden hat.

Hotel quattro stelle(meritate?). Camera piuttosto angusta e buia con vista vicolo. Nella stanza era presente tutto quello che serviva e buona la pulizia. Personale gentile e disponibile. E’ situato in una zona pedonale per cui il parcheggio è lontano almeno 450 metri. Colazione sufficiente. Prezzo corretto.

The pictures on websites are flattering to say the least. We booked a room with a balcony that was basically a door leading to a shelf! The air conditioning was leaking and caused a puddle in the floor great was extremely dangerous and the shower was basically a drip of tepid water. The noise from the street is horrendous and they don’t warn you that you stay over a restaurant that plays music into the early hours so forget a good night’s sleep- food there is awful by the way and much better available in the area. After seeking help from Giulia and Carmen In reception we weee moved to another room that was basically the last room available in the hotel with no view and smelt mouldy. As this room was considerably cheaper than the one booked I asked for a refund and after being passed to the owner I was “gifted” a refund. The refund has never turned up and I have been lied to several times by the staff at the hotel. Olbia is lovely but stay elsewhere as although I accept things break and accidents happen being lied to is not the way to run a hotel. I have been around the world and never been treated this way. Avoid to have a nice trip.

Naast het hotel is een disco van dezelfde eigenaar. Een DJ draait ‘muziek’ precies onder de balkons van de hotelkamers tot diep in de nacht. Krijsende tieners overstemmen ‘de muziek’ op ongeëvenaarde wijze. Je doet geen oog dicht. Boek dit hotel niet! Het is absoluut een slechte combi: disco-hotel! Maar als je op beatmuziek in bed wilt liggen schudden, dan is hotel Centrale de beste keus!

À priori tout pour plaire ; bien placé, plutôt moderne avec un prix correct. Sauf qu’un hôtel on y va normalement pour dormir. Et à l’hôtel central ce n’est pas possible ou en tout cas pas avant minuit car le bar d’en bas propose des animations musicales jusqu’à cette heure là. Après, le ronflement de la VMC de la salle de bains vous tiendra compagnie pour le reste de la (courte) nuit.
