聖喬治酒店(St George's Hotel - Llandudno)

非常失望 ！辦理入住手續時，沒有任何關於地點或用餐時間等的指導……酒店的部分區域有一種非常強烈的氣味，令人討厭！接待處的那個人居高臨下地對人們說話，好像他們是愚蠢的，然後當他意識到你不是愚蠢的時候試圖過度補償！問了一些工作人員不同的問題，並被告知抱歉，他們不知道或不確定在哪裡，所以完全沒有幫助……退房時，感覺工作人員認為我們要去哪裡跑步而不付錢……工作人員真的跑到他的房間去。電腦說等一下哦，沒關係，你是預付的！對不起我不是小偷！！不會回來，也不會推薦

接待處告訴我們，我們分配的房間沒有要求無障礙設施，因為我們是透過第三方預訂的。儘管預訂後直接致電酒店以確認無障礙設施，但情況仍然如此。 無障礙淋浴間需要一個 1 英尺多的台階，沒有扶手。床離浴室門太近，無法完全打開。 抱怨了所以工作人員好心地把家具搬到了低拱門下的第二張床。地板不平坦，整體房間設施缺乏 4 星 AA 評級。工作人員很細心，早餐很好。不建議向房間收取飲料等費用，因為工作人員在申請簽名時變得過於熱心，即不要移動桌子或上廁所，他們會追趕你（即使是在酒店的第三天和第三天）。雖然我知道需要簽名，但如果我們搬到靠窗的座位或在房間裡留下東西，我就會開始驚慌失措。因此，考慮到我們支付的價格，這不是最方便或最放鬆的休息。

非常好的早餐和很棒的餐廳的晚餐。但酒店很舊，可見一斑。我們不得不搬家兩次。第一次是因為床墊塌陷，因為後來發現底座被撞壞了。第二次是因為淋浴/浴缸組合中的水無法排出。賓客服務部門一直告訴我們總經理要聯絡我們，但他（內森）從未聯絡過。在我們住宿的大部分時間裡，我們感覺就像是在《弗爾蒂塔》的一集中。

Paid for upgrade on sea view room cover for mattress was stained all over also quilt cover was stained looked like urine marks . Duty manager came up as usual tried to give me excuses this does not normally happen sorry for your inconvenience as a goodwill gesture on us go to restaurant and have a coffee or tea and cake . Housekeeping manager just looked at him told her I was not happy. So was going down to reception to complain and see someone else when a girl said to me what was wrong so I took her to room and showed her you could see on her face this is not good enough come with me and I will get you a free upgrade to room with balcony. I have stayed in many hotels all over uk and payed less than what this hotel charges and they have been much better. I personally would not rate this hotel as a 4 star. Numerous staff told us they are run off there feet because there is not enough staff to cover the hotel in my opinion and I told the duty manager cleaners do not get enough time to clean rooms properly he did not like it and said we are not like premier inns were they have a lot of rooms to clean at once total nonsense and cover up. He was not interested and could not get out of room quick enough and full of it

Had a really lovely stay at the St George’s Hotel, all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend the food in the walk in Restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a great range of choice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, room was a little small but had all we needed, we had a sea view however the windows on 3rd floor are quite high so only see the sea if you’re standing! Still nice to see and hear it! If staying again I’d definitely choose a rooftop suite which we looked at whilst there, these are much bigger with a balcony, didn’t see this option when we booked. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend.

Most enjoyable 3 nights stay at St George’s, Llandudno. Basic double bedroom saw comfortable at met our needs. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would recommend!!!! Only issue is parking , which is limited and a tight squeeze. Luckily we arrived early enough to get a spot

Clean hotel and room, staff were polite, but not the most friendly. Also reception efficiency and accuracy was bad. despite paying for the room before I arrived, they tried to take payment twice more, during checking and then during checkout. Then tried to add a £3.60 discretionary charge for a £7 food bill. Despite me already tipping the staff at the time.

Staff, room, food all excellent - it was so good we decided to stay an extra night when I booked with ********** I booked a double premium room, but I inadvertently did not change persons from 1 to 2. I was informed by reception of this so presumed I would just be charged for an extra breakfast for the additional person as I had booked a double room but I was actually charged £35.00.
