阿爾布費拉酒店｜阿爾加維松崖公寓-豪華精選(Pine Cliffs Residence, a Luxury Collection Resort, Algarve)

Wir waren zum 2. mal in Pine Cliffs und haben die Anlage, den perfekten Zugang zum Meer mit dem Lift, den Service am Strand als perfekt empfunden. Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und Servicekräfte inclusive Shuttle - Service machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben. Die sehr gepflegte Anlage ist begeisternd. Unsere 3 Zimmerwohnung, bestehend aus 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern, voll ausgestatteter Küche, großem Wohn-Esszimmer und 3 großen, möblierten Balkonen war exklusiv ausgestattet. Von unseren Balkonen hatten wir einen super Blick auf den angrenzenden Golfplatz und konnten die Golfer beim Spiel :)sehr gut beobachten.

Великолепное расположение! Несмотря на то, что отель далеко не новый, вся территория, сады, пляж, бассейны идеально ухожены. В апартаментах, в которых мы провели 2 ночи, есть всё необходимое. Очень качественное постельное белье и новые полотенца, удобные кровати. Отель любезно предоставил нам два дополнительных часа после официального времени выезда. Немного расстроил обед в Corda cafe: никаких претензий к обслуживанию, но цены!!! На наш взгляд они очень сильно завышены с учетом выбора и качества предлагаемых блюд. Всё остальное - на отлично!

Hotel consistente e bom. Na frente da praia com uma enorme estrutura, talvez demasiado grande. É um 5 estrelas sem grande luxo, mas confortavel. O Staff este ano é despreparado, contratado à pressa. Não entendem de nada. As piscinas sao boas, o champanhe bar é o nosso favorito de há muitos anos. No geral a experiencia foi boa, como de costume.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) waren das erste Mal im Pine Cliffs Resort und haben uns für ein Apartment im Bereich Pine Cliffs Residence entschieden. Zunächst zum Resort: es ist äußerst gepflegt und bietet eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten, inclusive eines 9-Loch Golfplatz, 5 Tennisplätze, 1 Paddle-Platz und mehrere Pools uns Firness-Räumen. Dazu gibt es mehrere Restaurants auf der Anlage, wobei hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht immer ganz stimmt. Zum Strand geht es über Treppen oder aber sogar auch mittels Aufzug. Absolut empfehlenswert ist die "Champagner" Bar am Abgang zum Strand: hier kann man grandiose Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Unsere Apartment war sehr großzügig ausgestattet mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, einem Wohnzimmer sowie einer Küche. Gefrühstückt haben wir im Restaurant am Casa Pine Cliffs, nur ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß von unsrem Apartment entfernt. Frühstück in Buffet-Form mit vielen frischen Früchten und Front-Cooking für Omelette. Insgesamt waren wir begeistert und werden sicher wiederkommen!

Erwartet man einen Service eines Luxury Resorts (auch zur vollen Reisezeit wie Pfingsten), so ist man hier leider fehl am Platz. Eine weitere Handtuchkarte (zB zum Zudecken bei kaltem Wind) gibt es nicht, außerhalb des Poolbereichs erhält man auf Nachfrage nach Gläsern hin nur „Pappbecher“. Insgesamt wirklich ungenügend und dem Anspruch eines Luxury Resorts nicht gerecht werdend. Auch wenn man 20 Jahre hier her kommt, dieses Jahr sind wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit leider eher enttäuscht worden.

We stayed here for a short 4 nights break and it couldn’t have been better. The hotel is run very efficiently and the staff are friendly and professional . We had a superior king room in the main hotel and was a good size with plenty of storage and large balcony with beautiful furniture throughout. The maid service is perfect and for such a large resort you never saw maids in the corridors or staff cleaning so I can only gather that they must work through the night . The hotel is a different experience I would imagine than the apartments site as we couldn’t fault anything about the hotel . The buffer breakfast and evening meal were exceptional , would like to mention Roberto who worked at the Grill and who was great at his job and very attentive and professional . Would also like to mention Shrey who remembered it was our anniversary, which was a lovely touch also. The beach is beautiful, the access is via a lift and a fair walk via a stepped boardwalk and is well managed and maintained by the staff there. We opted for half board and would recommend the same as the buffet was excellent and we didn’t feel the need to try any other restaurants. Yes the prices are higher however isn’t everywhere expensive now to eat out - the UK certainly is. We would have to say this is one of the best hotels we stayed In Europe and will definitely be coming back . One more praise , Xavier who welcomed us on the first evening we arrived late was a star too !

Lovely grounds, however service and room were lacking. Lack of follow up from staff. We were locked out of the room for 30 minutes, because the card reader failed. Rooms need updating and some more attention. See photos of holes in towels, dirty walls, and shabby headboards and shower doors.

We stayed as a family, 2 adults + 3 kids, over Easter for one week. Our accommodation was a 2 bedroom apartment in the residences. We were placed quite far away beside the football pitch but that was fine as we are an active family. However, we noticed that there were quite a few ants - they were coming out from the skirting in the kids' bedroom. We raised this with the reception and were just told it was to be expected. Disappointing response. However on our second evening when we came back there were ants all over the kids' bedroom floor and on one of the kid's beds. We rang reception and two cleaners did come but of course, our children would not sleep in the bedroom and really disrupted us. In fairness the next day the hotel moved us to a different apartment - which we immediately could see was in better condition - and it was very nice and much closer to the main facilities. The resort is very large and can be confusing initially. The signs aren't very clear but you get the hang of it. The staff will come and collect you if you need to be taken somewhere in the resort also which is very good. Good points: - Great staff - Lovely resort - Lovely weather - Great beach and access to beach - Good facilities - swimming pools, tennis courts, padel, football pitch, golf course etc Less good points: - Everything is an "add on" - be prepared to pay a lot more once you are checking out - outdoor swimming pools are freezing - simply too cold to stay long in and the kids won't stay long in them either - there is one heated pool but it is indoor. You have to pay for swimming caps (another add-on which is really unnecessary). The pool was sectioned off for lessons and the day we went was busy and not very enjoyable as there wasn't enough room. - Better value for money elsewhere in Europe now with most other 5* family resorts having all these facilities included for free or at much less cost - Padel court was very popular and nearly always booked. But to book for one hour for a family is 50 euro - which is far too much. - Grill restaurant - we ate there at the buffet. The food was great and we enjoyed it. But again it was just too expensive. Walk out the main gate and you'll find a few restaurants that are much better value for money, especially if you have young kids. Suggestions: - get some solar panels and use the sunshine to heat the pools. - my wife and I went jogging each day and I really enjoyed jogging along the cliffs. Even though the hotel is on the cliff you cannot access these running trials and it is a circuitous route to get down to the Rue da Falesia - a keypad gate along the perimeter to allow access would be helpful. - organised facilities/games etc for the kids included with booking price. The kids club looked dead and our kids did not want to go. Most other resorts have a really active kids' programme. Overall we had a great holiday and there is a good chance that we will return at some point but the dail
