Close to family, close to where we needed to do work, close to gas and close to many options for food.

After driving 730 miles, we checked into the BW Plus at Olive Branch. The room was exactly what we needed. Comfy beds and a quiet room let us get our much needed sleep. The icing on the cake was the unexpected breakfast in the morning. We knew we'd have breakfast served, just didn't expect eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausage, juice, fruit, a bread assortment and lots more. The gal taking care of serving did an outstanding job of keeping food fresh and the area cleaned up. Well done!

Coming from Tulsa on my way to Atlanta, stopped in Memphis for awesome blackened catfish at Soul Fish Midtown. Memphis is fun, so glad it's nearby. After arriving I enjoyed bicycling around Olive Branch community park neighborhood, nice town. Room was larger than I'm use to and very clean, fresh and comfortable. Watched Blue Bloods that night. Breakfast was varied and fresh, ate there and Shanell was up for a lovely conversation. Sandra at front desk was also friendly and helpful. I didn't use the weight room since I bicycled but I do appreciate a hotel that has one. Good price for wonderful facility. I could hear the highway a little when TV was off but not bad, slept great.

It started out bad and did not improve, no one at the front desk to check in. Finally a maintenance person came by and went into the office to get someone-after a 10 minute wait. When she came out there was no apology for keeping me waiting(and she was constantly looking at her phone on the counter). I requested a handicap accessible room only to get to the room and find the door not totally closed and the room looked it had started to be cleaned --sheets were in pile on the floor. I walked slowly back to the desk only to be joined by the gentleman who had checked in right after me that had also been given a dirty room. She waited on him first and then me. I ended up on the second floor room at the end of the hallway that was not very clean--blue sequins on the carpeting and the bathroom floor you see footprints on the floor and hair in the shower. I was tired after a full day of driving and stayed in the room. There was never an apology for the inconvenience and even when I mentioned it when I was checking out the woman just shrugged.--never again

I would argue. The hotel was very nice very good very clean and the interior is very welcoming. The rooms are very nice and well-maintained. I’m gonna takeoff only one star though only because they gave me a bedsheet that had a stain on it which turned me off they could’ve cleaned the linen a little bit better, but I was pretty impressed with the hotel and facilities. I’ll let you know when I hit the next best western in New Albany. Stay tuned.

We only travel with best western little did we know this hotel was in such disgusting shape. Trash all over the floor water on floor leaking from somewhere , cracked bathroom sink filthy everything from the vomit on the couch to the bed that was slept in to the coffee table sideways in the middle of the room to the sticky slimy red something on microwave cabinet . Tv was broken toilet only flushed when it wanted to. There was people in lobby all nite blocking entrance to go in n out literally standing around smoking . The desk girl was friendly but it was such a run down dirty smelly hotel , I informed the manager and he made every excuse in the book to pass it off to maintenance issues being addressed first before rooms get cleaned . They fixed our tv two hours later n stated if it works we’re not moving you to another then the husband of the girl running the front desk stared I wouldn’t move other rooms are worse. I can’t express enough how gross it all really was . I feel that this hotel needs to have coorporate come down and see what’s running this hotel and what’s really going on at nite . Let’s just say a lot of foot traffic coming in that lobby at nite is not customers.

This hotel is okay but could have been better. It was clean but They did not listen to are request of lowest floor. She was going to give us the 3rd floor but when I said I was scared of elevators the second floor magically opened. They had no quarters for the laundry machine that only took quarters! There were also no pool towels. But it is close to Walmart, a gas staion and 2 restaurant. It's fine but not great

The rooms and hallways smell like cigarette smoke and chlorine. Your pool is outside. Your ice machine has mold on the grate. There’s a big pile of dirt behind the trash in the laundry room. The hand soap dispenser does not work in the public restrooms. My reservation was for. 4 people, I only had enough towels for 2. I went downstairs to get more towels and received towels with poop stains. There was dogfood in the floor of my room. The full length mirror/closet door was dragging the floor. Finally, my fridge didn’t get cold.

We needed a place to stop on our road trip and this looked perfect for us. First, Donna on reception very friendly and represented the business in a very positive light. A credit to Best Western. The hotel isn’t brand new but you know what, it is clean and perfectly functional.

Great Place, Breakfast was good, Donna was very good at check-in and it was late at night. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable, sheets were silky smooth. Toilet and shower was comfortable, and I couldn’t believe it but they actually had soft toilet paper.

Very clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly, but doors were opening and closing all night long. The noise made it impossible to sleep. Breakfast was hot and complete, but didn't taste very good. If you're a heavy sleeper, it might work for you; or maybe we were just there on a bad night :(

the night manager Donna is extremely friendly and helpful, Always availible and pleasant. I have been staying here for work and have checked out alot of hotels and will continue staying here. She's definitly a asset to your company.

Very good place to stay with friendly staff mostly. Donna at the front desk is very helpful and friendly goes above and beyond. Very clean property and clean room. Been here 6 months now. Recommend this place to anyone.

The front desk clerk Donna was the sweetest most helpful person. She recommended a great place to eat dinner and was very kind. I had a very nice room. It was clean and spacious. I liked my stay and I would stay here again.
