This property need some serious TLC. It is outdated and needs to be renovated from top to bottom. It looks to have been neglected for quite some time. There isn't a working restaurant onsite (yet) but may have one in the near future. This property is off the beaten track & somewhat secluded however, there isn't a restaurant within short walking distance unless you want to sweat your butt off walking about 1 mile to the nearest place. The only amenities are a swimming pool which we NEVER used as it looked like the water wasn't circulating. As for the rooms, they need some serious attention & remodeling. Old flooring & furniture, TVs are from the 80s - 90s and if your lucky enough to have a cable box in your room the channel selection is very limited. There isn't a phone in the room so no way to contact the front desk unless you walk down to it. There isn't any front desk in the evening either! No toiletries available in the room except for 1 roll of toilet paper upon check-in after that, you're on your own! Partial kitchen doesn't have dish soap or dish cloths, no frying pan & very limited utensils. There are 3 residential buildings, 1 is unoccupied and 2 are partially occupied by people who bought the 1-2 bedroom units as condos for private use. I wouldn't personally stay here again unless I was a "condo" owner HOWEVER, the asking price is way too much, plus the cost of renovations, not to mention it is only on a lease contract for 20 -50 years, so you never really own it!
