We returned but the room was stuffy, the bathroom fan was not working

Fantastic cuisine! The best one I have ever tried in hotels in Poland. Very nice and caring staff, the room perfectly clean and all amenities worth 4 stars. Spacious parking, cosy atmosphere. We will be coming back here and recommending it to our friends.

Hotel is located over the lake, next to a really pretty walking path. Building is modern and clean, with free outdoor parking. Terrain is not large though- the outdoor space is pretty much only a wooden deck and a tiny beach. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool has a view lake. I enjoyed breakfast full of local high quality products. Reasonable price for the quality. I fully recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel, located right next to the lake, which adds to its charm. Large rooms with a comfortable bed. 100% cleanliness. Conference rooms very well equipped for over 500 people. Very tasty breakfasts in the hotel restaurant. Very nice pool and spa.

The manager is never in the hotel and the staff just don't care about much. Someone on the parking lot hit our car, the staff refused to show us the video which is ok, but they told us we have to call police so they can check the video. We did call the police and after waiting for them the same staff told us they will not show the video to the police without a warrant!? Even the police was puzzled about the situation. It was a waste of time. The hotel is unsafe, there is no manager to keep a high standard. We were not the only ones at the reception with a complaint, room service, charges to the room and credit card were discussed there.... We were leaving at 11am on Sunday after long weekend and there was no manager at the hotel. I certainly l DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel because of safety and management reasons

4 stars only in name. In room dirty bathroom and windows not washed for months. Flush toilet broken, maintenance man failed to fix the problem and hotel offered nothing in return. In both restaurants, service is terrible, not worthy of a hotel aspiring to 4*. To place an order you have to wait for ages, for food even longer. It is impossible to pass over the fact that the tartar (quite tasty) came without ordered vodka, after reminding vodka was delivered warm! A smile of a nice waitress did not compensate for moral losses. If you want to order food to your room, you have to be lucky to get someone to answer the phone. The pool is small, but nice. If you do not like crowds, you have to carefully choose swimming hours. In order not to come off as a total wimp, I will write that I appreciate the nice view of the lake. However, in a similar standard I know much better organized hotels. This one clearly can not cope with a large number of guests

The hotel is super: modern rooms, comfortable, excellent breakfast, spa is perfect with a very romantic swimming pool. Price is good for the service it provides. Restaurant in the hotel serve also interesting meals. Very good: glad to get back!

There are pros and cons of our visit. In general the weekend was nice. The room was medium size, but enough to squeeze in 2 people doing morning yoga :)  The lake view, for which we paid extra, was nice. The room had large windows from the floor to ceiling, with roller blinds --＞ very time consuming to put it up and down though. The bed was fine, but the light was moody, but not sufficient for people who like reading books. It was too much from the side, and way too yellow and weak.  If you mount a led spot at the bed, you need to have it close or behind you to enlighten your book properly. I can imagine there are moments during summer time when our room would be perfect but you better check if there is no conference from large companies, whose employees will try to drink as much as possible and continue screaming and laughing until morning. Area is quiet and beautiful so if you ensure with the hotel reception your SPA weekend is not in conflict with any larger party group, then you might find the relaxation you are after a difficult business week. The breakfast was a definite advantage as everything we tried was tasty, space to eat large, and many tables with lake views. The bartenders are very helpful and fast, having a good offer of wines. We tried Primitivo di Manduria red wine, and some local cuisines from the restaurant. Everything was tasty. The hotel service was at a good level.  Property has a garage beneath for an additional fee otherwise you can park for free in front of the hotel.  Swimming pool is semi sized, but enough to have a swim, with a nice lake view, surrounded by large glass walls. We tried a jacuzzi, 2 sauna's, all nice. We had no time to test the fitness club, just behind the glass wall at the back of the swimming pool. We tried SPA, and we both liked the message, music and cosmetics used. The SPA reception was very helpful and my wife found a nice dress there on the exposition rack of some talented fashion designer. The area is nice for a walk, we had a 4,5 km walk along the lake coast, and a longer walk to the old town and Browar Warmia. The hotel is in a good spot, with some nice restaurants around, we could recommend it but with the remark that you better check if you are not arriving with a group from a corporation whose weekend targets are on the contrary to yours.
