В июле оставались в этом отеле. •Местоположение 10/10. Рядом Migros (фрукты, печеньки и т.д.), все можно купить там. Пляж 5 минут ходьбы. Главная улица тоже 5 мин ходьбы от отеля. Вечером прекрасно можно прогуляться. Рядом кафе/рестораны. Автобусная остановка тоже рядом. От нее можно быстро доехать до канатки (teleferik). •Сервис 7/10. Помогут донести багаж в номер. Дали номер с отличным видом на бассейн и на гору (без доплат). Уборка в номере нормальная. Воду только в первый день положили. Полотенец маловато. По 1 шт на человека. •Еда 6/10. У нас были завтраки. Все вкусно (берёк, яичница, симиты), но каждый день одно и тоже. Менялись только яйца - один день омлет, другой день яичница и так повторялось. Из фруктов арбузы, бананы, абрикосы. Каждое утро были грибы жареные, сосиски, картошка фри, фасоль в томате, беркут и булочки. Можно было бы 1 раз сделать и панкейки для разнообразия. Отель хороший. Гели и шампуни в ванной комнате тоже при заезде были. •Вечером или в обед в кафе всегда можно было остаться и заказать обед/ужин за свой счёт. Было вкусно. Вечером просмотр спорта и музыка. Тут нет аниматоров и т.д. Спокойный отель.

Eşimle birlikte ilk başta 2 günlüğüne rezervasyon yaptirmamiza rağmen,oteli çok beğendiğimiz için 2 gece daha uzatıp tatilimizi mutlulukla tamamladık. Bunun için başta ümran hanım olmak üzere tüm ekibe tesekkur ederiz. Fiyat performans açısından ***et uygun ve güzel bir otel. Çalışanların guleryuzlulugu ve işler yolunda mı değil mi memnun muyuz değil miyiz ara ara sorgulanip daha mutlu edilmeye çalışılıyor. Her sey için teşekkürler.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning. We were greeted at reception by the 'Senior Receptionist' as he told us. He actually asked me how old I was !?! Then the penny dropped, no lifts !! We were allocated room 1037 which was nothing like the pictures in the brochure. It was dated and run down. In the corner of the room taking up about a quarter of the total floor space was another room !! I walked round the corridor to find its door, it was a store room. We went down at breakfast and complained at reception. The receptionist fiddled about with his computer and told us three rooms were being vacated that morning, if we came back at lunchtime we could have our choice of the three rooms and he would arrange for our baggage to be moved. Great we thought. However having sat around the pool all morning which we do not do, when we went back to the reception the same lad started typing into his mobile phone ( I thought he was texting his boss ) when he had finished he shoved the phone up to my face and he had basically typed a sentence stating rooms were not guaranteed to be as in the brochure and there were no empty rooms anyway !! So we had wasted our first morning. Safety deposit box we were expecting to pay maybe £10 to £15 for the ten days but got charged a whacking £45 !! The staff were friendly enough, food and drink was ok. A lot dearer there though from what I had read in reviews I have looked at. Don't expect to get a pint of beer for 90 lira, more like 190. We intend going back to Oludeniz but we will use a different hotel. The resort is lovely and the cable car up the mountain is really worth doing. One down side was the traffic, we were there whilst it was some sort of local festival. The main road down from Hisanaru was packed. It meant you could not go anywhere. You could but it would take you hours sat in traffic to get back to the resort. All in all a lovely ten days. The hotel just need to get that receptionist sorted out. Resort is fine, Hotel Montebello Deluxe is average. Don't know who came up with the deluxe bit.

Just enjoyed a wonderful 2-week stay in this beautifully refurbished hotel. It deserves its awards. The Manager, Emre, is superb and is assisted by a wonderful team on Reception (Sam, Ester etc). Apologies for any mis-spelt names. We stayed in Rooms 2107 and 2108. They overlooked the pool area on the ground floor and were 4-Star Standard. They even had a fridge. The power shower was superb and you had a choice of a standatd shower head and also a ceiling drench shower at the flip of a switch. The aircon was excellent and quiet too. I also want to mention our main Housekeeper in Block 2. She was truly amazing throughout and was always smiling and so friendly. This makes the difference between a good stay and a special stay. I highly recommend the hotel's restaurant for lunch and evening meals. I considered it one of the best in Ölüdeniz. My breakfast was included. It was superb everyday and the buffet had something for everyone. There's a good range of cereals, breads, a toaster, home-made jams, marmalade, and honey. You also have hot food (baked beans, eggs, chips etc) plus cold meats and cheeses. It caters for all tastes. The upgraded dining area is luxurious with beautiful seating. You'll also find a fabulous coffee machine too! ☕ I couldn't fault anything. Overall, it's a really well-managed boutique hotel and staying here is a no-brainer. The location, near the beach, is really special. I recommend the Montebello Deluxe Hotel highly. Thanks again, Emre, for your great management skills. Where to start -lovely pool, with great waiters and bar staff, reception staff totally unhelpful. We arrived 2.30am the room we were shown to was not a deluxe room as paid for, no towels, no working air-con I asked for another room and after much reluctance on their part we were taken at 4am to another room on the 4th floor where we were assured the air-con worked. The air-con was NOT working and we were told by next door they had moved his daughter the day before for this reason. We then moved to our 3rd room, with no help ,which was a deluxe but after 1 night the air-con gave up. At this point they offered another room but I refused to move again and asked why it couldn't be repaired. So we had an overhead fan in 34° heat for the rest of our stay. We we're given late checkout as recompense till 4pm but even then they had stopped our door card working and I had to go again to reception. They really need to sort the air-con situation out it's spoiling a lovely hotel.

Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Zum Entspannen und mal abschalten ist das Hotel sehr ideal Strand ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß Ich war zum ersten mal in fethiye, sowohl mit Freunden als auch alleine kann man hier relativ gut Zeit verbringen. Hier gibt es sehr viele Aktivitäten.

Отдыхаем сейчас в этом отеле. Расположение отеля супер-5-7 минут и ты на море . Номера хорошие, не убитые. Номера по карточке вход. Все номера вид на бассейн . Кондиционер работает. Холодильник и чайник есть. Уборка каждый день. Воду не дают каждый день. Так что покупать приходится самим. Про еду: у нас был выключен только завтрак. Хочу сказать что для 3-ки это идеально. ( яйца давали каждый день в разных видах, каша, панкейки, овощи, булочки, соки, арбуз, дыня, апельсины , мюсли, варенье много,сыр разных сортов, колбаса). Вообщем голодными точно не останешься и не надоест! Большой минус- в первый день решили посидеть вечером у бассейна ( купили дыню и была бутылка алкоголя) . Думаем ну сейчас отметим приезд! Так к нам подходит официант-бармен и говорит что тут сидеть нельзя со своим, только для посетителей ресторана. Я была в шоке!первый раз такое слышу! Вообщем после этого настроение упало и теперь этот бармен следит за нами каждый день !!! Как то раз остались у бассейна , захотела пойти купить мохито, так этот бармен даже не обратил на меня внимание , стоял всегда спиной и делал вид что меня нет!и в итоге ничего я у него не купила! Бубнил что то на своем!! Можно так сказать послал! Негатив от него! не любит русских! Потом муж включил на балконе музыку , так они начали тыкать пальцами и давать понять что тут этого тоже делать нельзя! В итоге в отеле можно только жить и все!!

I’ll start with the bad, then go to the good: - a bottle of aftershave went missing from our room with little interest from reception - other items were regularly removed from our room, we’d paid for an extra key (£20) and on three occasions house keeping removed the key - reception is generally disorganised, a group of nine of us arrived, all nine were put in incorrect rooms, having to be moved a day after, wasting half a day trying to resolve the issue (a couple put in a room for four, a family of four put in a room for three and so on) this happens to quite a few guests - a friend was on crutches, we messaged in advance asking for one ground room floor which was acknowledged by the hotel, they were actually put on the third, before being moved to the 2nd - house keeping is terrible, bedding isn’t changed for days at a time. When it is eventually changed much of the linen is clean but still soiled - you’re often left with one towel between two or three of you - we’re a week into our holiday and the balcony still hasn’t been cleaned - the air conditioning didn’t work properly in 66% of our rooms - hiring a safe is expensive (about £63 for a fortnight) - wifi regularly kicks you out, but staff are usually quick to resolve The good: - excellent location - young bell boy is extremely helpful - bar and restaurant staff are all very nice - other reviews complain the hotel is expensive, but 120tl for a bottle of Effes is about normal for the area (you can find it for 45-60tl if you want to walk) - food at the hotel is of a good quality, with lots more options within a short walk - you see lots of paraglides overhead every day

Calisanlar cok güler yüzlü ve elinden geleni yapmaya calisiyor elinde olan imkanlarla. Otelde en Positif olan yön buydu, iyi ki Calisanlar var!!! Ama en cok rahatsiz oldugumuz konu temizlikti. Maalesef odalar her gün yeterince temizlenmiyordu. Kaldigimiz 13 gün icinde sadece yüzeysel bi temizlik gerceklesti. Yatak altlari 13 gün boyunca ayni toz pislik icinde kaldi, banyo lavabo ayni sekilde. Her gün temiz havlu verilmedi. Otel sadece Kahvalti ikram ediyor ama bu da cok az cesitli ve en kötüsü kahvalti saati bitmeden her defasinda ya cay bitmis oluyor yada kahvalti cesitleri ve maalesef ki cok gec takviye gerceklesiyor. Otelin bi sorunu daha var oda Klima!! Ne Lobbyde nede Restauranta Klima yok. Hem Calisanlar icin cok kötü bi durum hemde biz Müsteri icin 40 derece sicakta.

Otelimizin tüm personelinden çok memnunduk her biri çok iyi hizmet sunan her türlü isteklerimizi yerine getirip bizi çok mutlu ettiler … 1. Sıkıntı ventilator ve klima lobide klima yok cidden büyük şaşkınlık hayretlerde kaldım ??? Olcak şey değil … otelin asansörü yok engelli ve yaşların bilgisi olsun …kahvaltı çeşitleri ilk defa ömrümde bu kadar berbatti … zeytin 150 kişilik bi otelde bazen birşeyler bitmiş olup iki gün olmaya bilir ıslak mendil gibi yada yiyecekler gibi … temizlik büyük sorun iki gün üst üste kesilmiş tırnak buldum yeni girdiğim odamda tabiiki hemen temizlik personeli yönlendirildi ana yetersiz kaldı ki ikinci gün tekrar gördüm … temizlik personeli 5 kişi 150 kişiye full çeken bi otele nasıl yetsin ??? Bazen havlu bile sıkıntı olabiliyormuş … laundry bag yok çamaşır Service yok yolda bi büfe para karşılığında yıkıyor ama ütüsüz …havuz kısmı normalinde her gün hortumla yıkanması gerek iki haftada bunu bir kere yaptılar yemek kırıntılar ayaklarınızın altında … oludenizde yemek menüleri ve fiyatlar aynı … tüm restaurant lobby ve temizlik personeline verdikleri hizmetten dolayı çok çok tsk ederiz güler yüzlü ve saygılarından dolayı bizi çok mutlu ettiler inşallah yazdıklarımızı dikkate alıp daha iyi hizmet ve Service sunulur bundan sonra … saygılarımla

2nd time at this fantastic hotel. met at 02.30 by reception staff who took suitcases to room. Block 1, 3rd floor ( no lifts so be aware of that if not so nimble) Fridge, safe, aircon, kettle in room which is perfect.pillows are like bricks so used the cushions. Shower hot and powerful. Balcony big enough for table and 2 chairs.All the staff are great especially the young lads new this year in the resturant. The new cleaner who started while we were there was meticulous, fantastic. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Ate there many times, great prices. Close to everything, beach, bars, restaurants, buses, taxis,shops.All in all its the only hotel we will go to in Oludinez. Met some really good friends from last year, Debi & Joe, Already booked for next year , can't wait!!

Had money taken out of my purse been going to monetbello deluxe for 4 years never had anything like this 100 pounds taken I know it was the cleaner won't be going back to this hotel I heard the other day that someone had 300 pounds in Turkish money taken out of their room it's not good enough I think something should be done by the manager it's a shame cause we love the hotel some ladies got their perfume taken out of the room the lads on the bar and in the restaurant are great they can't do enough for you and the food is very good

We stayed a week in this hotel. We liked the breakfast which has variety and the breakfast team is nice and welcoming. The pool was great as well even if sometimes it is hard to find a sunbed because people leave their towels beforehand. The room was spacious and the little balcony nice for early evenings. What we did not like was the noise and the bad communication in the reception side. We could hear people shouting next to the pool at night and everytime somebody was dragging a chair in their room you could hear. Do not except to be sleeping well before 11pm and after 7am. As for the reception, we arrived at 2:30am and the receptionist was really sleepy and tired as he could not concentrate and almost did not speak English. He did not give us any information at all. I had asked by email some weeks before how much would it be to had one person in the room and I was answered 10 pounds without any other info and when we arrived we had to pay 25 pounds per night. So it seems the communication by email is not effective, information is not right and you can get surprises without any apologies by the way. After this incident, the reception team was hardly saying hello for the duration of our stay. We asked only one thing during our stay (a toilet paper roll) I hardly write comments as I work in this field but here it was a shame to see people working clients being so unwelcoming and helpless.
