Ailemle birlikte bu sene tatilimi Green Forest Hotel Holiday Village'da yaptım. Çocuklarım için de özel havuzların olması tatilimizi daha güzel hale getirdi. Açık büfe kahvaltı ve özellikle akşam yediğimiz yemekler harikaydı. Şehirde de yemek yiyebiliyorsunuz ama Bence akşamları otelin yemekleri tercih edilmeli. Otel yöneticileri ve çalışanlarına ilgileri için çok teşekkür ederim

Cet hôtel a été choisi par les organisateurs d’un voyage de groupe. Nous avons couché seulement 1 nuit malheureusement. La chambre était assez grande avec un grand lit. La salle de bain était petite mais bien arrangée. Nous étions au niveau 1 et nous avions accès à une piscine privée de notre patio. L’eau était un peu froide, mais c’était rafraichissant après une journée à la chaleur. Le réseau Wifi n`était pas trop vite et décrochait si l’appareil se fermait. La climatisation bonne était bonne. Nous avons déjeuné. C`était un buffet très bien.

This hotel is generally very good. There are good and bad points. Rooms: not 5 star quality, 3 at best. They need an update. Everything functioning and generally clean with plenty of storage. Rooms cleaned daily and plenty of towels etc. no pool towels though, they’re available from reception to buy for £10. Excellent air-conditioning Food: pool bar snacks and meals very good. Tasty and good portions. No problems at all. It’s open from 11-5pm every day. Breakfast generally good, juices are warm and coffee cups small but I just got two at once so not a problem. Breakfast room hot. Omelettes available and pancakes which my nephew calculated he had 74 of during the ten day holiday. Pool: excellent pool with plenty of space for everyone. Staff are extremely friendly and efficient and come over to you if you signal that you’d like drinks etc. You get a payment card which you can pay at the end of each day or at the end of your stay. There is a small pool for kids and a main one with a pool bar close by with pool tables and seating area. Plenty of loungers available. Entertainment not bad, a bit repetitive. BBQ night on a Wednesday highly recommended and at a good price too. The Wi-Fi is dreadful. Area: Food and drink are not as cheap as I remember Turkey being in the past. We spent a lot on food and drink going out as a group of 8 so next time we will be going all inclusive, which apparently Green Forest used to be until this year. Hisaronu ***** is lively and about a 5-7 minute gentle uphill walk from the hotel with plenty of shops and restaurants. ‘Suntrap’ was our favourite but Dominic’s also worth a visit. Overall, our holiday was great and we would definitely return.

Tired rooms with small balconies. Loads of people were ill on our stay but we just thought they were unlucky eating out at first , until more and more became ill and eventually one of us got it. My young lad got it eventually and was seriously ill. We managed to get home just with him and had to take him to the hospital he was so bad ,they tested him and told us it was salmonella . With so many ill at the same hotel around the same few days il let you make your own mind up . The staff were nice though and I quite liked the shaded area rather than some places with half broken umbrellas . Our second week we did struggle for sunbeds a bit but it probably was the busiest weeks of the year. Won't come again because of the illness and it was overpriced for what is probably a 2 star really.

Found this to be a lovely Hotel from check in to check out, staff were very friendly and accommodating nothing was too much trouble and they work there socks off. We booked a swim up pool, this is a must we where in block 4 and it was amazing, sun from you woke up until about 1.30 but it stays in the pool so you can just float on a lilo and still get a lovely tan. Our wee maid Gezam was brilliant, came in everyday and cleaned the room, changed towels everyday and sheets when needed really lovely friendly girl. Snack bar was cheap as chips and could get it delivered to your room. We thought the drinks at the bar where very expensive and this puts everyone off buying and heading to the resort which is much cheaper and only a five minute walk away and much cheaper for food and drink. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the breakfast, but that didn’t discourage us we shall be getting booked up for next year.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. Snack bar food is good. My only criticism is that they need parasols around the sunbeds as no shade. All the staff were friendly. I would definitely return in the future.

Mixed review of this hotel. It has good points and bad. We stayed in a swim up room in block 2 and it was lovely. We didn’t visit the main pool as loved the quieter aspect of our rooms pool. However the main pool looked lovely and when we passed it there always seemed to be sunbeds available. The rooms need a bit of an update and freshen up. The cleaning standard is not great, it really just seemed to be a quick towel change and bin emptied. Our balcony was not swept the whole time in our 2 week visit and bathroom was not cleaned as such. I ended up going over myself daily giving it a quick wipe. The aircon is good and included this is a massive plus as you have to pay extra for it in a lot of hotels in Turkey. Upon booking in the female receptionist did not tell us we needed to pay for safety deposit box. When we arrived to our room it was open with instructions of how to use. I assumed as aircon was provided free of charge so was safety deposit box. So we used for a week with no problem. However after the first week it would not let me open it, our money and passports were inside. I thought it had faulted so went to reception. The female receptionist became quite aggressive saying I could not have been using it as I needed to pay on arrival for it. She would not listen to me saying it was no problem I was happy to pay however I had been using and my stuff was locked inside. She said it was not possible. Honestly her attitude was terrible and I have never experienced that in Turkey in my 16 years of visiting as Turkish people as a whole are very polite and friendly. The situation was quickly resolved by the manager who came out and dealt with the matter politely and professionally and explained there was an issue with staff when getting rooms ready for the next guests leaving the boxes open instead of closing them so that they can not be used. So the matter was resolved in a civilised manner. The female receptionists attitude and response was shocking and I would advise some customer service training. However this was really the only issue and we found all other staff polite and helpful. Overall a good experience and the swim up rooms are definitely a huge plus point however the hotel does require some updating to warrant the cost and star rating. Housekeeping should also be improved. Not sure I would stay again as there are much better hotels in the area but this hotel does have good points and I would not worry if you have booked as overall bar the receptionist issue we had a pleasant stay.

Direk konuya gireyim benim nişanlım beni görmeye geldi bu hotelde konakladı ilk gün havaalanından aldım. Ve hotelin otopark gibi birşey yapmışlar kendilerince mecbur valiz var diye kapının yanında durdum aracı çekin dedi. Kendini müdür diye tanıttı. Her neyse bende senelerce truzimde çalıştım. Belli ediyo sadece gece bekçisi orada ama gece müdürü diyo gram İngilizce yok. Her neyse ertesi gün otele bıraktım yarın görüşürüz diye ğiris kapısında vedalaşırken ordaki güvenlik hadi hadi yarın görüşürsünüz patron kızıyo onlarane ki ben kapıdan içeride değilim dışındayım. Her neyse bi akşam yürüyerek bıraktım adam bana sordu araç nerede dedi ilerde dedim burayı terk edin dedi. Bunu demeye hiç bi insanın hakkı yok. Dün gecede nişanlım kartını unuttu bende vermek için dışarı çıkarken nişanlım nereye gidiyon her zaman dışarı çıkıyon anlamadığım sizene. Bi de kapıları bozuk nişanlım kapıda her zaman sorun yaşadı. Şunu söyleyeyim hotel güzel olabilir ama çalışan arkadaşlar dan hiç memnun değil truzim in t sini bilmeyen gece müdürü diyo kendisine.
