The employees were fantastic at check in! I explained, as a couple, we’d prefer to not be around a lot of people. Without asking questions they immediately moved my room. Everything was clean and perfect. My only suggestion … please put music in the bar area. We opted to drink in our room instead. 100% recommend and will be back!

Both Marriot properies at Aksarben had outdated, poorly maintained, office equipment designated for guests. So, these multimillion dollars facilites cannot keep their printers ready with sufficient ink, nor their computer software’s updated so you don’t have to miss a meeting. Tese are facilities around the university of Nebraska-Omaha and the College of Saint Mary’s. Their guests are often having to work during their stays.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The condition of the room was absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. It was evident that there had been a leak in the room, but instead of addressing the issue properly, it seemed like they had just patched it up hastily. As a result, there was visible mold growing through the walls, particularly in the bathroom where the ceiling was completely moldy. Adding to the discomfort, there were holes in the ceiling, which were poorly covered with paper. What shocked me the most was the presence of unsanitary conditions in the bathroom, with poop splattered on the walkway door area and the toilet. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable. Furthermore, there was dust accumulating everywhere in the room, including on the TV. Overall, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise against staying here due to the deplorable conditions I encountered.

I can't say enough about this hotel! Friendly staff, super clean, comfortable hotel, amazing breakfast (did have to pay but it was worth it. Quiet, comfy bed. Superb.

I had an awesome stay. I spent the day at the hospital due to a family emergency and the hotel had everything I needed. The location was perfect and the amenities were incredible. Super clean and had a great smell. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was extremely relaxing, and the hotel was super quiet which allowed me to recover for the next morning. The Starbucks in the hotel was great as well and the staff was super friendly. I will definitely be choosing Courtyard again when I am back in Omaha.

Pool was WAY smaller than it looked like in the pictures and was pretty cold. Our tub/shower wasn't working properly. When the shower valve was pulled, it didn't completely switch over from the bath faucet which left the shower trickling and the tub filling up with water. Taking a shower in standing water was really gross. The room itself was okay apart from the hard beds and lack of mirrors in the room (to get ready outside of the bathroom).

Best handicap bathroom with roll in shower & accommodations. Felt very safe. Hotel is very nice & in a very popular area. Was kinda noisy with street noise til around 1:15-1:30 but there was a lot going on. Room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly & helpful.

Facility was fine... But 'Hotels' seemed to switch a two queen selection to one king. Of course the hotel couldn't change. We were tired travelers, got in late left early.

Great hotel- clean and comfy with friendly staff. The neighborhood was fabulous! So many little restaurants nearby, and a great park with live music about .1 miles away! We loved our stay!
