When we arrived the fire truck was just leaving...too much steam in the pool area set off the alarm and was the steam was like that for two days...need to update ventilation i am assuming. Then booked for two nights and was checked out ...found that out when our keys didn't work the next day how does that happen. People smoking pot outside. Would not recommend this place ever. There are nicer places around the area. Stay away from this hotel!+

One of the front desk workers was so rude that i will never stay here again. I had a medical package deliver and when i ran down to get it, i didnt say ANYTHING about a package and she didnt say a word to me, just handed me the package. I said thank you, and she didnt smile but turned around and walked away without saying anything. Another moment i was walking out before checkout with a cart full and when i stopped in front of the door so it would open, she made me stop and wait for her to walk in. No smile. No thank you. Nothing. Another moment, i was staying on the top floor. I went down and asked her if i could get some clean towels. She said "you need to bring the old towels down and exchange them as there is no housekeeping later in the day". So i had to go up to my room, grab all the towels and carry them down to the front desk. Then she proceeded to put gloves on in front of me (which she should have done before i got down there). Also, the wifi is in and out. I worked remote from my room and i had to switch and use most of my hotspot. The pool is fun, the lobby smells nice, the breakfast was amazing. There was another girl at the front desk that was very nice to us. But the other one just ruined this hotel for us.

the sheets and the sofa bed had blood stains. We called the reception and they told us that we had to show them ”proof”. My husband took the sheets to the reception. They gave him "clean sheets". But when we were putting the new sheets, those ALSO had blood stein on them. My husband returned to the reception and asked to speak to the manager and they told him that he was not there and that if they called him he would not answer. They just said they would talk to manager and the cleaning crew . For a hotel of $200+ we were expected something better. I do not recommend this hotel. I will never return!

Run down and dirty. My kid enjoyed the pool and the water was nice and warm, but the slides had paint missing and damage to other things in the water. Breakfast was ok. The room was dirty, but the bed was extremely comfortable!

The refrigerator made a noise all night long, the toilet ran continuously until you manually flipped the handle up , there was a random radon detector plugged in to the wall and the hairdryer did not work.

Room was on 5th floor, clean very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Great selection. Elevators on both ends of hotel, Convenient. Easy parking.

Internet pictures are completely misleading. Very dirty. Beddiing, towels, and mattresses stained. Rooms are small and dated. Pool area dirty and dated.
