奧馬哈西拉昆塔温德姆酒店(La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Omaha West)

Very dirty the hall smelled really bad. There was hardly any hot water. Floor was very sticky and slippery. Mold in toilet. didn’t clean or supply and towels or any other things that would be in room coffee pot. Ice bucket. 3 day stay. Nigh**are and no other hotels to move to.

light switch didn't work, terrible smell in the hallway, vending machine was vandalized, both the sink and tub drains were clogged with hair and did not drain. marked up walls, missing base board trim. cigarette burn holes in the sheet. no wash clothes in the room. will never stay at this motel again.

I don’t like how there were simple things wrong with my room such as remotes missing batteries, lights not working, and the tvs not working. The staff wasn’t as knowledgeable or as helpful as I would’ve expected them to be. There was also no breakfast provided and the alternative they said they would provide wasn’t either.

They updated the property and the lobby looks nice and the rooms & halls look painted but there is literally no service. No one showed up to either clean the room or leave new towels. We even called the front desk on our last day and specifically asked them to clean the room and they didn’t. I understand you get what you pay for but when you specifically ask for something and are told “sure” you expect it to be done.

Stay next door at comfort suites. I wish I could submit pics because I took one of the bed. There was hair on the bedsheets and on the ‘clean’ towels. The toilet tank lid was half off because it wasn’t the right size, the shower head was so dirty the water was shooting out in crazy directions. Don’t do it. I would rather sleep in my car in the Walmart parking lot than do that again!

I stayed here two separate weekends in two different rooms. Both times there was mold in the bathrooms and stains on the bed sheets. The second room I stayed in had a malfunctioning a/c & heater system. This place is loud. When doors slam, you hear it. No matter what. I never once got a good night of sleep here. If you want cheap, it’s fine. If you want to feel well rested in the morning…solid maybe. They do have a convenient Bluetooth alarm clock and decent televisions, and a fridge that works well. The “breakfast” they serve leaves a lot to be desired. They were constantly out of things (cream cheese, juice, coffee, you name it). Don’t plan on being well fed for breakfast.

Drain on bathtub didn’t drain. Pool wasn’t opened (said it was supposed to be). Didn’t serve breakfast even though when we checked In we asked and were told it was 6-9. Got down there and everything was shut down in area cause didn’t pass codes. Asked for a discount but were denied

Lack of maintinence, no black out curtains, only see throug. phone not conected, soda machine dont work, never pick up garbage,change towels, only breakfast on the go while advertised hot breakfast.

Never gave us clean towels, even we asked at front desk, we showered 3 times with same towels, breakfast was snacks in a paper bag, like old school lunch bag, shower was dirty with mold
