Directly after checking in there was someone that had been sitting in the lobby trying to hide behind a door and stare at me while I got my things to go to my room. The room itself had stained sheets, a terrible smell of cleaner that choked me upon arrival, and had the smoke alarm pulled out from the wall. Once I got settled in I was fine, but very unsafe atmosphere overall.

I didn’t look at recent reviews and only looked to see that it had 5 out of 10 stars and I thought it would be fine for one night. When we pulled up it was in very bad shape. It was obvious that people were living here. We walked in and tried to open the door to get to the desk but it was locked. The guy motioned us to a little window. The window was in a room with slot machines. We got our key and went to the room. The stairs were in rough shape. There was food and junk strewn on them and the concrete was falling apart. When we got to the room, the door seemed to unlock but wouldn’t open. It seems like the deadbolt was locked from the inside. At this point, after seeing the people who were living here and several ******* hanging around, we decided to cut our losses and leave. We went back down and saw the “No Refunds” sign, told the guy the door wouldn’t open and that we were leaving. We went across the street and got a room at a nicer place. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Everything wasn’t working, 3 of the 6 washers and dryers were broke, the ice maker door was broken, the pool was out of order. I went to take a bath and found black hair covering the drain. There was no trash pail in the room. I asked the person who registered me if there were ice buckets in the room, there wasn’t. I took photos of the room to send to you. There were trash bags sitting outside the doors in every other room, and this was around 4:00 pm, way after the cleaning people had cleaned for the day. The phone was extremely dirty!! The furnishings were extremely old and worn down. The bath towel in the bathroom was about the size of a placemat, and extremely thin.

The tv didn't work and they had to change my room because of bedbugs. This place is nasty trash all around the property the room door been kick in and its not save for women and children at all.

When I arrived at the motel there were a kinds of direlects around the front of the motel. The door key didn't work and the manager had to bring another key. Once in the room the microwave didn't work so I had to eat a cold hamburger. On of the wal lights didn't work and the water was over heated. This is not a good hotel, especially if you have children and the pool wasn't open. Please choose a different motel.

my room had a broken porcelain toilet lid laying in the shower, no kidding. toilet did not work either. bed was very uncomfortable. tv was on its last leg. all lights did not work, only some. Complained to the manager and was given a new room. However this room had a bad smell to it, dirty. But the toilet did work lol, decided to stay in original room due to the lesser of 2 evils. property is run down, shady people everywhere on a Saturday night. no place for a family or couple.... your woman will hate you if you stay here so don't, you're welcome!

Not a 3 star property at all. Lights didnt work outside or inside and people loitering and knocking on door in middle of night and broke down cars in lot dont stay here

I PAID $60 for a room & it has roaches and broken holes in the walls and ceilings! It needs to be shut down immediately!
