The staff members were alright. The person who checked us in was extremely rude and harsh overall towards myself and then towards guests standing behind me who were complaining about a smoke smell in their room. We had a room with one king bed which was actually pretty comfortable for me (I have back problems so I prefer a more firm mattress.) The soap they provide smells alright in the bottle but it made my hair smell TERRIBLE. It's also citrus based so be mindful of that if you have allergies. Breakfast was trash - you're better off stopping by a fast food chain or local eatery up the road. Everything that should be hot was ICE cold. Pre cooked plain egg omelettes, sausage and hash brown patties. Also a make your own waffle station as well as cereal and yogurt. Good enough for what it was I guess. You're better off spending a little more money and staying elsewhere.

Visit Victor for familial reasons so I appreciate the reasonable price and condition of the property, it is a comfortable, clean and quiet property ,

The beds were super comfy and breakfast was actually really good--they even had a latte/cap/mocha machine!

Joe, the man in charge of Breakfast and other things around the hotel was amazing! Super friendly, eager to help and great to talk to. I was really impressed by him and all the staff. I will be staying there again!

We were very happy and comfortable. Our only complaint is the continental breakfast food is very low quality. The service was incredible, the gentleman serving the food was extremely attentive and courteous. The staff, counter, cleaning people, everyone was great, friendly and kind. I just want really good, buttery, fluffy hot eggs and I think that’s only possible with food made to order. Otherwise, a great hotel. Earned its high rating.

I stayed for a week on a business trip. The room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning & there was a good selection of different items to choose from. I interacted with about 3 different staff members and they were all pleasant and helpful. I used the gym and the pool & I had good experiences with both. The water and the pool room were comfortably warm. My only minor issue is one others have mentioned - I did have a couple staying next to me one night and I could clearly hear their converstaions through the shared wall. Maybe they are not well insulated ? Anyway, overall it was a great stay for a reasonable price.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
