Had an wonderful stay , Special thanks to Vishnu & harshal & lyju. All the staff were friendly , wonderful breakfast. Will book again of i visit Ooty again.

The hotel is situated in a serene place with Valley view. The rooms were themed in a colonial British style, which is awesome. They were clean and neatly maintained. The room had ample space for a family of 4 to stay. The hotel team there was extremely helpful and we experienced excellent hospitality. This hotel is for people who wants a serene and calm stay. People with small kids may prefer others as there is no play area, swimming pool or other such amenities, as this is not a resort. However I would suggest they can have a small room for some indoor games like Chess, Carrom, TT etc. Hotel has ample parking for the guests. The breakfast spread was decent. They also have a small collection of books for book lovers.

Great location, comfortable stay and highly receptive hosts. They took care of all our personal and tour requirements promptly on call. Highly recommended for family and children

good, but hot water in jacuzi wasnt available. food and hospitality is well appreciated. definetly recommended

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY WITH ALL THE AMENITIES THAT THE CLOUDS NEST PROVIDES TO IT'S GUEST. VIEW FROM THE ROOMS MATCHES WITH THE HEIGHT OF THE CLOUDS. NEATNESS AT ITS BEST AND SATISFIED WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE. LIMITED ROOMS WITH UNLIMITED GRACENESS.

Pros: Good stay, very nice staff. Lovely European-inspired vintage interiors in rooms. Clean and Big rooms. Electric kettle, coffee, tea in rooms. Cons: Limited free space. So cannot be called a resort. Only 2 items for breakfast. No Lunch and dinner at hotel. It can be ordered through Swiggy. Overall, very good stay is guaranteed if we don't expect much of outdoor area for activities within hotel.

had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly.. Limited breakfast but tastes like home food.. overall great experience and strongly recommended for couples or families
