One of the best and most comfortable stays with family and kids that also within the heart of the nature and valley view, the receptionist and staff were all very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean, spacious, and service at one call. Parking was available and accommodation was offered to the drivers as well. The facilities were good like hot water, extra blankets, room food service, kids milk etc. Bonfire is available on de***d and has charge which is worth the venue and your trip is full of fun here. Nature lovers paradise as it is away from crowd and is at the highest altitude also.

Lovely place. Feels like a residential colony of the past. Very nice rooms with basic facilities and an awesome view. The restaurant serves nice food. Wish tandoor was also available, though. They arranged for sight seeing package and we were provided with an excellent driver who was very helpful and efficient. The only drawbacks seems to be the way to the hotel, which is bit uphill and narrow. However, that goes with almost all properties here and the view from the rooms is a big co****sation for the roads :) highly recommended overall.

Location and Rooms are good part of it. Food is Good. Reception service needs improvement as receptionist doesn't engage properly when you are asking for location and other details. Receptionist doesn't give data upfront Cleaning Service needs better timing.

Very bad experience ,staffs are not friendly,I'm booked 1 villa with free morning buffet breakfast the staffs are replying its not included breakfast ,one bathroom toilet wast water not going proper,

Service should be improved and bourne fire bit too costly ₹1500 as a business*** i know the cost of wood involved in it barely 40 kg which would come around max ₹ 200 to ₹300 but charging ₹1500 bigno

Quality of food is simple and excellent Staff were very supporting Surrounding schenary and accommodation area are maintain well Like the hot water arrangement Overall excellent and met my requirement

The Rooms, Front Desk, House keeping and Room Service was very good and the foods served were hot and tasty. The Rooms are neat and clean. The food was damn good and economical House keeping was very Co-operative Room Service was simply superb Front Desk staff are Co-operative

Nice place.. excellent ambience, pocket friendly. Loved the stay here.. would visit again. The food was also good and homely. Overall, affordable luxury stay. The cottages are neat and spacious. Will visit again!

Hotel with no lock for each room and hot water problem, no cleanliness ,TV with no channel subscription. Delay food delivery ,worst service on fault attend , resort office to room location around 1km .
