We recently had a pleasant stay at your property, located on the hill-top in the Arani area of Ooty. We selected a room on the first floor with a valley view, which indeed offered a beautiful overlook of the town from the balcony. Your property provides all necessary amenities, though we noted the absence of a room heater or proper wooden flooring to keep the floor warm. During our monsoon stay, the breezy 20-22 degree Celsius weather made the floor quite cold. While extra clean blankets were provided, the open ventilation in our bathroom likely contributed to the cold room floor and might benefit from a proper ventilation system. We were very impressed with your helpful and professional staff. We also appreciated that daily transportation was arranged from the hotel with a professional driver at a reasonable fare. We would recommend this location to anyone looking to experience a hill station from a hilltop, away from the city center. However, it's worth noting that the road to the resort involves off-road driving on a narrow path. The restaurant offered good service. We enjoyed fresh and hot North Indian dishes for dinner, and the breakfast featured local South Indian cuisine. For dinner, we found that ordering in advance and allowing the kitchen 40-45 minutes for preparation ensured no waiting time

Nice experience stay at Berry Hill Resort Ooty, resort situated at top of hill very good view and food is very good.

Hotels was good and cooperating but services like room cleaning were delayed and not properly organized.

It was a memorable experience staying in this resort. The resort was well maintained,neat and clean. Food provided by them was very tasty at affordable proice

I would like to mention 3-4 points which I felt is not up to the mark and not justified the price is . There is no road to reach the resort The only way to reach is off road that to in very steep .They charge 1500 and above for bonfire just for an hour . .No maintainance . .Nothing complimentary.Tea or coffiee on table . In this budget you can find better option out there . Only thing I liked is the view from balcony. .
