Hôtel moderne , situé juste derrière une station service .ma chambre donnait sur un parking bruyant aller et venue incessante des voitures. Problème de fermeture électronique des portes de chambre: quand vous ouvrait votre porte avec la carte si vous ne l’insère pas immédiatement dans le boîtier de la chambre ou si vous sortez et ne ferme pas votre porte immédiatement cela de l’enchérit un bip bip d’alarme sonore très fort !!!! Imaginer avec 19 chambres dans le couloir c’est infernal .Pendant 2 jours le problème a été le même Personnel accueillant et serviable . Bon restaurant .

Awesome Stay at neat and clean environment. The staff is also too good managed everything so well. Highly recommend for stay with family single etc. The resturant good was also fabulous worth remembering stay.The location i just middle ner from all sightings.

The stay was enjoyable with excellent hospitality. The location is very convenient and accessible, and it was a much better experience than our two-night stay at Sterling Ooty. Clean and comfortable! Offers value for money stay with good breakfast.

So starting till the end they have provided us the best hospitality and then the rooms and infrastructures were so beautiful. We would definitely suggest this hotel to all of our friends and family who would opt for Ooty vacation. The colour palette on the walls and the selection of furniture’s are awesome! One must definitely stay here when in Ooty!

Proper maintenance of hygiene and hospitality is well acheived by each staff. The behaviour towards the guests are very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. The food was lovely, fresh fruit juices, custards were quite enjoyable. The use of modern technology impresses every guest. Thank you for having us.

One of the greatest stay in my trip. Everything about the hotel is good and we would stay all day long but unfortunately we have to leave . We would sure consider this hotel for our next vacation. All are very friendly staffs and Vignesh in reception and Ramesh in housekeeping are really polite and helpful

The rooms are very clean and it was a wonderful memory for us stayed in that hotel. We are also planning to visit again on the coming Pongal holidays and we recommend it to all people. 17 years old property looks like a newly built one. The housekeeping,room service and not to forget about front office Vignesh were very polite and friendly.Highly recommended for all types of guests.

My recent stay at Meadows Residency in Ooty was a delightful experience. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the town's attractions, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Mr.Ramesh was very kind and supportive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, with a good variety of options. Mr. Stephen was very friendly and served food with kindness.

The stay was very good. Hospitality was very good as they took care during medical emergency. Also it is at city centre. Nearby restaurants and rose garden. Took the cab service of the hotel to roam around. The driver was very good and experienced.

Good stay. Comfortable and clean room. Staffs are very good in behaviour, polite and very helpful. Receptionists are very co-operative and very helpful in arrangments. Took good care in medical emergency as well. Also help you in arranging cab services for tour. Recommended 😊
