Hotel Preethi Classic Towers Ooty hotel is decent and located in the center of the city. We were 4 family members and took a Classic Premium which was very spacious with 01 double king size bed with 02 extra bed rooms with a City view. Will definitely recommend this category of room for larger families. The rooms are very spacious and top-notch with clean and newly made washroom and 24/7 hot water facility The hotel serves on excellent food so we enjoyed the Zuka Restaurant Food Dinner the having best signature dish daal Makhani with butter naan. Evening the Server in room traditional nilgiris products homemade chocolate with barkey which was famous in ooty. Morning buffet breakfast was outstanding. We stay 3 nights in ooty so we enjoyed our stay. I will recommend to all my family and friends. I am really happy with the given us service and make us comfortable. We visited Hotel Preethi Classic Towers Ooty with family October 2024 Dusshera we booked Classic Premium Room. The hotel is located heart of the city a mountain with valley view. The rooms are very big and spacious too. Reception: We were warmly welcomed by the staff and served us an amazing and refreshing traditional Lemon Tea. The reception personally escorted us to our Room which I felt was a great touch of courtesy. The room was great and had a good view of the valley view. From booking the room to final billing, everything was handled with utmost professionalism coupled with an endearing smile. She is very hardworking and committed. Food: Indian and Chinese Zuka Fine Dining food was Excellent. Zuka Restaurant multi-cuisine restaurant on Grand floor is fantastic with great quality food. Complimentary breakfast spread was as elaborate as it could be with choicest varieties and very delicious items. Chef is a very nice guy who took care of our requests and was very friendly. Food quality and taste in this restaurant was beyond excellent. House Keeping: They were very friendly and always ready to serve with a smile. We never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for anything we required, be it starting the TV, to asking for additional tea sachets or empty mugs etc. Every request was promptly handled to utmost satisfaction. Cleanliness is the best part of all. And the best for the last is their entire staff is very professional and courteous. I would recommend staying here when visiting Ooty! I know I will when I visit here again.

Hotel Preethi Classic Towers Ooty everything about this Hotel is amazing. The very moment we stepped in the hotel to the checkout it was amazing. I visited with my wife for our honeymoon. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and served us an amazing and refreshing traditional Lemon Tea. The reception personally escorted us to our Room which I felt was a great touch of courtesy. The room was great and had a good view of the valley view. The bed was comfy and helped us relax. The breakfast on all 3 days was good with good varieties and different juices and shakes each day with live Eggs counter. The food on the Zuka Restaurant tasty and excellent by waiter. We had booked for a Candle Light Dinner as well for which they went all out and decorated a small room with flower and candles and Special cutlery for the occasion. Overall we had a delightful stay at the Hotel and We would highly recommend this hotel. You will have a truly great stay.

My stay at Hotel Preethi Classic Towers Ooty: my wife and I had opportunity to stay here for two while we were visiting Ooty. I had five star experiences here - Best hotel in ooty. The room was very comfortable with hot and cold water for 24 hours. Excellent service by staff. It's amazing to be there. We feel like home. All the time the help us lots. Morning breakfast is really good. Zuka the fine dining food are good and service person is really good. The suggest us Daal Makhani with butter naan it's really very good. Hotel served very fresh, hot and supremely tasty food. The food choice is plenty for meat lovers and vegetarian guests. Taste was phenomenal. And the best for the last is their entire staff is very professional and courteous. I would recommend staying here when visiting Ooty! I know I will when I visit here again.

This is well located hotel bang in the centre of the town just beyond Charring Cross, and they have ample parking in front of the hotel. Guests can park their vehicles and just walk around town. We enter in property there welcome us smile face and make us set in lobby. Firstly the give us hot face towel then the give us traditional welcome dinks it was really good which the make us fully fresh. Then the take us in room with lift and it was amazing the explain us each and everything and sightseeing palace also about ooty mountain train after 10 min the call us and ask room are conformable or any issue really the are amazing and professional. The rooms are clean and well equipped with all the basic amenities and bathroom the made newly, 24/7 Hot water service, 24/7 Wi-Fi Service Evening the provide us Nilgiris products Chocolate with Cookies and Barkey and Buddy Manager came evening time asking any issue we are facing or what about our sightseeing and our day. The have inside the hotel child activity area in rumpus hall. The have health club and Ayurvedic Message on call which the can provide in room, inside restaurant and banquet hall which the are providing morning buffet breakfast. Hotel Preethi Classic Towers located on the hill top in ooty and has an amazing view of the city. In fact my wife and I for the very first time used the hotel facilities ever, it was that clean property. The rooms were ready even before our arrival we enter the hotel the give us hot face towel and traditional welcome drinking smooth check in and the are buddy person walked us up to the room and explained about the facilities. The rooms, bed sheet and even the drinking glasses were clean. The rooms are very spacious and top-notch with clean and newly made washroom and 24/7 hot water facility. The have in the hotel Child play are Lawns are GYM Banquet hall. Best part in house restaurant Zuka the fine dining food and service the given was excellent. Nicely lit up Hotel and very close to major tourist attractions. Every staff and manager right from reception to restaurant and even the house keeping were polite and made sure that our requests were taken care of. I wasn't expecting this but my experience was really awesome as they helped me with information which you couldn't find online, the rooms are very spacious and top-notch with clean and newly made washroom and 24/7 hot water facility. The have in the hotel Child play are Lawns are GYM Banquet hall. Best part in house restaurant Zuka the fine dining food and service the given was excellent. Overall, my experience and my trip to Ooty were fantastic! Although the hotel was renovation the done, it was amazing experience. Usually, the markets are also very nearby and few tourist places are also at walk able distance. I will recommend to all my family and friends. We had best time in this hotel and all the staff is cooperative. Food service n quality best. GM of the hotel personally asked for comfort and breakfast was delicious. Location is walkable to all the places in the city. Rooms were spacious and view was good

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Preethi Classic Towers. The rooms were large, spotless clean, fully furnished it has Health Club with Children activity area and tasty food in Zuka Fine Dining in house restaurant, creating a cozy and inviting environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, consistently offering service with a smile. The hotel's prime location made it convenient to visit the city's top most sightseeing palace and shopping area. The breakfast buffet featured a great selection of tasty dishes. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone traveling to ooty. The Management and the Team that works here are really cooperative and friendly too.

Hotel Preethi Classic Towers Excellent Location with valley view rooms. The welcoming us fresh warm tawel with welcome diking it was fabulous. We booked classic premium which the have morden furniture with latest amenities. Breakfast was complimentary buffet. The have best restaurant Zuka - The Fining Dinging food and service Excellence. Hotel Location main city and close by all sightseeing palace. Thank you Preethi Classic Towers Team Excellent Hospitality and Service.

The hotel ambience was well good. I like their way of approach in the reception and the guideness for the room specially Guest Relationship Executive Miss Papori Gogoi very polite n helpful person.The rooms are very neat and hygiene .The atmosphere of the room was awesome . Food was amazing.

The hotel is located centrally. We were offered a room which was ot properly cleaned. After we complained, we were given a better room. The hotel staff were good especially Mr. Jude. We stayed for 3 days but were provided bottled water only on the 1st day. Rest of the days the bottles were refilled by them. And that had an impact on our health. My daughter started vomiting and loose motion started in the 2nd night itself. Thanks to a guest who was a doctor who prescribed medication. Immediately, I also started throwing up with severe loose motions. We lost 1 full day at ooty and missed seeing attractions..The food was ok. So, in all, though the staff are good but hotel needs to look at the cleanliness, providing bottled water and other facilities.

Best hotel in the Ooty , location wonderful . Near by botanical garden,boat house, Rose garden n Karnataka garden . Very nice hospitality n service. Specially I mentioned Guest relationship executive miss Papori Gogoi helpful n friendly n smile girl. They have activity n gym also
