雄偉皇冠酒店(The Majestic Crown)

The room and bathroom are filthy, charging us 4000/- per room, there is no complimentary breakfast, and rooms are non-AC. The rooms are not up to the mark, and the ***agers are rude, but the staff are good. They don't have a swipe machine. You need to pay cash or Gpay. 2-star hotel, there is no speciality for a swipe machine. It's so funny. I had breakfast over there quality of the food was ok, but the food was tasteless. Attached are images for the room and bathroom. Overall my experience was terrible.

This property sits in one of the best locations of Ooty. Good things - spacious rooms and wash rooms. Parking space in the basement. Not so good things - rooms not well lit, in spite of multiple light fixtures. No study lamp on the table; no light fixture above the able. I wish they had provided at least one power outlet by the study table. The closet looked dirty, and so we did not use it. We tried their breakfast, but did not like it. Their staffers were not well trained to take care of visitors. However, those at the reception were very good.

Bed sheets are dirty, rooms are not clean and stinky. Washrooms plumbing is broken.
