I had a wonderful stay at Sinclairs Retreat, Ooty. The resort’s location is absolutely breathtaking, offering panoramic views of the Nilgiri hills and a peaceful environment to relax and unwind. The property is well-maintained, clean, and beautifully designed, blending comfort with nature. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile, making the experience even more memorable. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the service was prompt and attentive. What stood out most was the serene atmosphere and the care taken to ensure guests feel comfortable and well looked after.
