天堂別墅 2 號酒店(Villa Paradiso 2)

ツアーでの参加。 ドゥブロヴニクから車で15分ほど。 リノベーション途中のようで あちこちまだ穴が空いている。 部屋は広いし悪くはない。 歯ブラシ、冷蔵庫、なし。 ベランダで喫煙可。他の部屋からの煙が入ってくる。 アドリア海に面した部屋からの眺めは美しい。 朝食は簡単。野菜なし。 夕食の利用はしないほうが良い気がした。

Chambre d hôtel en sous sol, horrible. Des trous dans les murs, douche qui fuie, trou dans la porte d entréeetc.. Le patron n a jamais voulu nous changer de chambre. Repas médiocre et pas assez de desserts pour tous les clients.

There is a lift from the main road to the hotel. Not good when you are leaving a coach and 48 people have to get themselves and their luggage to reception. The rooms are on levels below reception. Rooms do not have any teas or coffee making facilities. The hot water in the shower is not very hot, Wi-Fi is good, where you can connect to it. The food buffet selection is limited. Drinks, as an example - a large beer was just over 5 Euro.

Petit hôtel situé en bordure de mer. piscine vide en avril 2023, dommage.... Chambre propre et fonctionnelle, dotée d un balcon avec vue sur la mer. Personnel à l écoute. Service restauration à améliorer, manque de formation, de réactivité et d anticipation. Café infect, mais ce n est pas spécifique à cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner varié ( sucré et salé). Buffet du soir idem. à tester hors saison uniquement.

Mittelklasse Hotel! Pool und Aussicht sind super! Das Hotel ist etwas eng und in die Jahre gekommen! Das Zustellbett für Kind ist eine Katastrophe! Auch fehlt der Platz dafür im Zimmer! Frühstück war akzeptabel aber nichts besonderes! Personal sehr freundlich

The hotel is nothing like the photos, very grubby, staff unhelpful, no hot water, or air conditioning, food poor, the management need to improve greatly, would not advise anyone to stay here. Tour company's need to review their use of this hotel.

Hôtel assez bien placé qui pourrait être très bien. Mais l’hôtel est d’une saleté incroyable. Tout est sale, chambre, salle de bain ( j’ai gardé mes tongs ): poils de barbe d’un client précédent , sol avec poils partout et collant. et salle du petit-déjeuner immonde. Le Personnel est désagréable. Petit déjeuner très bas de gamme, cafetière sale, tables sales !!! Enfin pour si peu de service et autant de saleté le prix est injustifié

OK for a one night stay which is what we had. It's a really strange hotel with a lift from the road down to a car park & then a walk to the reception. We were in studio 3 which was spacious & modern but when you get in the lift there are no signs for the studios so a bit confusing. The floor felt dirty & unless you keep the bathroom fan on full time there is a very unpleasant smell. The staff are pleasant but very unprofessional in their presentation. An evening meal was included as we were travelling as part of a tour group & it wasn't too bad but breakfast was dire. Also the tourist tax was the most expensive we paid during our 2 week trip.

We stayed here for our first night during our weeks tour of Croatia, Bosnia and Monte*****. The room was fine, and we had a nice sea view. It was quite noisy during the night though, as we could hear loud scraping anytime anybody upstairs moved the furniture, and strangely, they seemed to do that a lot. All night. The evening meal was a buffet, with seafood spaghetti, baked trout, salad, and chips. Our plane was two hours late arriving, and it looked like the food had been sat there waiting for us for two hours. Surely they could have checked the departure and expected arrival times? The spaghetti was still tasty, if a little stewed. We paid £20 pppn to RSD Travel for the evening meals, and one common theme for all the hotels, was that the food wasn't of the quality we expected. We didn't even get a drink included for that price. Breakfast was also a buffet, and we had no problems find things we could eat.
