方舟海灘公寓(Ark Beach Apartments)

Excelente atención , un gran lugar hermosas vistas y Mlaven y su familia nos hicieron sentir como en casa , todo muy limpio el desayuno muy rico , la playa agusto y restaurantes cerca . Felicidades es un paraíso muy agradable y siempre al pendiente de cada cosa . Volveremos con gusto !

Standort Stobrec liegt etwa 10 Autominuten von Split Center entfernt. Vor Ort gibt es wirklich sehr gute Restaurants. Supermärke etc. sind alle in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen (max. 5 Min). Es ist eher ruhig und entspannt. Nachts kann bei offenem Fenster/Balkontür geschlafen werden. Das Rauschen des Meeres ist wirklich traumhaft. Strand Typischer Strand in Kroatien. Steine und Kiesel. Am Strand waren gefühlt mehr einheimische als Touristen, was uns sehr gelegen kam. Sauberkeit ist gegeben. Ein Manko aus meiner Sicht: Es gibt keine Möglichkeit am Strand ein kaltes Bier zu kaufen :)... Das habe ich mir dann aber jeden Tag selbst mitgebracht. Ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt ist ein Strand mit einer Bar etc. dort können alle Getränke gekauft werden. Der Strand ist auch empfehlenswert. Mladen wird Euch den Strand empfehlen. Zimmer Die Zimmer haben alles was benötigt wird. Wir haben nie gekocht, aber wer kochen möchte kann auch kochen. Uns war es wichtig, dass es sauber ist und wir einen Balkon haben für die Abendstunden. Ausstattung 4-Sterne Niveau. Da ich beruflich bedingt viele verreise kenne ich den Standard. Es wird einem 4-Sterne Hotel gerecht. Personal Das Personal macht immer den Unterschied aus. Und das tut es auch in diesem Falle. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Nicht einmal im Hilton Hotel war das Personal so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich gefühlt, als wäre ich zu Verwandten nachhause gefahren und nicht in den Urlaub. Service und Mladen sind ausgezeichnet. Fazit Das Hotel/Apar**ent ist jeden Stern und vor allem jeden Cent Wert! Es ist wahrscheinlich teurer als andere, aber genau das möchte ich doch im Urlaub. Hinfahren, mich wohlfühlen, abschalten, entspannen und gutgelaunt wieder nachhause fahren. Wenn ich nochmal nach Split fahren sollte, dann gibt es definitiv nur einen Weg. Direkt zu Mladen! Great service and friendly people who run the place. The location is wonderful is you like staying on the beach or in the swimming pool. We ate at the hotel and was very good. Although the size of the portions should be a big bigger since we were short of some meat. Overall a place I would revisit.

This was our best holidayservice ever 👆🏾☺️ To behind with, this family, our hosts was amazing and superfriendly. The boss invited us to his table with our giret breakfast. So Cool and interesting speak about the country and this place. His younger daughter had a big smile and fuel control at the kitchen and serving every morning. Clean, stylish and alles in ordnung 🎵☺️ The eler daughter and his wife served our rooms and everything perfect. We never seen something like this 👆🏾 Thank you to the best hostes ever. Beautiful bar terrace and amazing pool area. Literally 4 minutes walk from a beach with the clearest sea we have ever known. The owners/family could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They felt like our friends by the end of the week. We will definitely return. A wonderful stay!

A Croatian gem, what good fortune to have discovered Ark Apar**ents in Strobec for a visit in August 2023! The Palinic family, who own and thoughtfully run Ark, are fantastic hosts who elevated our stay in beautiful Croatia to an unimagined level. We had a terrific, well-equipped self-catering apar**ent with a lovely sea-view. It was well-maintained, very clean, comfortable and spacious and had plenty of storage space. We were very pleasantly surprised to discover that soap, washing liquid, kitchen paper, bottled water etc. were already there for us and we didn’t even need to do our usual hasty trip to the supermarket for essentials! The grounds and pool area are lovely for relaxing in the sunshine and we never had any difficulty obtaining a comfortable sun lounger. The beach is also very close by and accessible by steps adjacent to the property. The surrounding region boasts a wide range of beautiful places to visit and explore, by car or public transport, and there are numerous restaurants in close proximity. To add to the already excellent value, breakfast was available at no extra charge, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food, the company and the beautiful sea-view from the terrace every morning of our immensely enjoyable stay. Mladen, our knowledgeable host, is quite simply the King of Kindness! He was immensely generous with his time, greeting us warmly each morning at breakfast and offering advice and help at every turn. We thoroughly enjoyed his relaxed, infectiously good-humoured manner whenever we conversed. We were equally delighted to have the company of Milena, Marija and Lena, Mladen’s wonderful wife and daughters, and their dog Janko! The only problem was how hard it was to leave! It’s not possible to only give a 5 star review for this property – that’s nowhere near enough! It’s more like 10 stars as far as I’m concerned!

Very nice place to stay with your family! The owner and his daughters were such a friendly people! Breakfast was good enough but lack of variety. For example, they could change the types of dishes every couple of days. The pool was clean, towels and bedclothes as well. The view from the “baby” apar**ent was absolutely incredible, but unfortunately the room was poorly equipped. There was no microwave, washing machine or even a kettle. Speaking of drawbacks , our room wasn’t cleaned during our visit , which is a little bit weird , because in 10 days the floor was already quite dirty. Overall, I can say that it is a great place to stay but slightly overpriced.

We were absolutely pleased not only with the accomodation the location but mladan and his family could not do enough for us including helping with our late luggage arrival. 10out of 10 thankyou mladin and family

We only spent a short time in the Ark but really enjoyed our time there m. The family are great and so helpful and the property is beautiful right on the sea. The roof top terrace is fabulous and has amazing views
