The finca is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Top condition. The only thing we missed was a filter coffee machine (although that is probably not common in Croatia) the machine with the pads was also good. A separate gas grill would h

Private: property 1'370 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (12 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Paddling pool, outdoor shower, hot tub, pool house with fridge, WC and cooking stove, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Available: bicycles. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 7.3 km, pebble beach 38 km. Walking paths from the house 1 km, cycle lane 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Modro jezero 1 km, Crveno jezero 1 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. Pool house: kitchen with dining table and satellite TV. Private: small football playground (included). 6-room villa 256 m2 on 2 levels, south-east facing position. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 40 m2 with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 175 - 235 cm with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 175 - 235 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 175 - 235 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 175 - 235 cm with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. Forced-air heating. Balcony 2 m2, terrace 22 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool and the countryside. Facilities: safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Available: fitness equipment, darts, playstation (all included in the price). When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
