PATOKA HILLS - Great cabin in perfect location for fisherman and families! Fisherman will enjoy the close proximity of 3 boat ramps on Patoka Lake with plenty of space to park your boat onsite. Families will enjoy the close proximity to the French Lick area (which includes bowling / mini golf / bike trails / go karts / indoor water park), French Lick Scenic Railway, Patoka Lake State Park (fishing / swimming / hiking), Marengo Caves, Paoli Peaks (skiing and tubing), Holiday World and Splashin' Safari, Wineries, Golf Courses and so much more. The cabin has one large bedroom with a king size bed, a newly added second bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is also a cot and pack and play available if needed. The kitchen is fully furnished, including a Keurig and Crock Pot. The bathroom includes towels and washcloths. There is a washer and dryer available for use. WIFI is included. There is a wrap around porch with outdoor seating to enjoy the sites and sounds of nature and a concrete firepit area to enjoy some s’mores and stars! No Pets or Smoking. There is a security camera on the corner of the garage pointing at sidewalk to the cabin that is only used when there are no guests.
