阿拉莫會展中心套房酒店(Alamo Inn and Suites - Convention Center)

This place truly wasn’t bad but it’s one of those that, while it’s very convenient, it’s not a first pick. We stayed on the second floor facing the parkinglot; our room had shutters instead of curtains so it’s very very bright in the morning and they don’t give a lot of privacy. During the day you can see every persons shadow when they walk past or linger outside the door. The walls are very thin to where, we could hear our neighbors showering/using the restroom every time. You can hear people having conversations at 4am and you can hear every single footstep, whether next door or walking right outside your room. We were informed right when we checked in, that housekeeping comes on the second day, however our housekeeping never came at all. For us this is fine, we’re very clean people and spent most of our time in the park. The mirror in our bathroom had old scuff marks that show old age and maybe the mirror has been moved around before. The sink counter was very decently sized but only one small sink (makes it seem redundant). As well as, our door had a simple bolt lock, that you had to firmly shove the door all the way to the seal, to get the bolt to slide into place. However! It was a very very clean place, the bed is decently comfy, good room commodities, and very polite/great front staff. Easy check in and check out. They do offer late check out too. All in all, it’s not a first pick but if needed I would stay again if needed. 7.8/10 for sure.

Our stay was just ok. Check in was quick and easy. Room was ready. Beds were comfortable, but the bathroom was super small. There is only one towel holder and it fell off the wall. No place to hang a towel after showering. The faucet on the sink was leaking and got all our towels wet that sat on the counter. The microwave and refrigerator were in an awkward spot and no iron or ironing board was in the room. Lots of little things sadly that add up to just an ok stay.

Not sure what the great reviews were all about but when we stayed here, it was like one bad thing after another. First of all... the outlets are not on the nightstands next to the bed. The outlet is behind the bed which means you can't charge your phone overnight right next to you. Which if you are like us. Is a huge inconvenience when your phone is clear across the other side of the room. The 2nd thing. They only offer housekeeping on the 3rd day of your stay. If you have your "do not disturb" sign on your door when they happen to come by in morning. They will not check later on to see if it was removed and come in and clean your room. You go without clean room...what Hotel does this? I have never stayed anywhere where a Hotel will not come by your room a 2nd time to see if your "do not disturb" sign has been removed. Especially during HK cleaning times. 3rd, they hold a $75.00 incidental fee charge on your room. For smoking purposes or damages etc. I don't recall seeing this on my reservation confirmation at the time of booking. So just beware. 4th, they say this Hotel is a 10-15min walk to Disneyland. NOT TRUE. Try 25-30min walk to the front gate of DL. Trust me we GPS'ed it as we walked it. Keep in mind you have to walk all the way through Downtown Disney first. 5th, they don't have any complimentary bottle waters in the room. The nearest ice and soda/snack vending machine. Is near the front office "outside" Hotel rooms. Save ur money & go to a real Hotel.

我和我女兒一起住了她，總的來說我們對這家酒店很滿意。前台工作人員非常樂於助人而且非常友善。他們為我們登記入住並很快回答任何問題。 我們的房間是翻新過的和舊的混合體。浴室聞起來有霉味，感覺不乾淨，即使貼了衛生貼紙。如果感覺潮濕但看起來很乾淨，如果這是有道理的。房間非常寬敞，我喜歡它有冰箱和微波爐。床很硬。當你進去時，你聽到底部像一個空盒子一樣的敲擊聲。由於我們整天都在迪士尼，所以我們睡得很好，但每天早上我都會背痛醒來。 步行到市中心約15分鐘。早上這很容易，但在迪士尼一天結束時，我的小傢伙非常累，需要走了很長一段路才能回來。我也不喜歡步行距離之內沒有任何食物或餐館，就像卡特拉的另一邊（S 港附近）一樣，一旦我們離開公園，我們就感覺有點被困住了。有一家便利商店，但我在深夜帶著我的小寶貝去那裡買零食不太舒服。 請注意，這個區域非常安全，即使在午夜，我也從未感到不舒服，但我不想這麼晚再走到一家說服商店，只是為了買零食。 總的來說，這是一次不錯的住宿。我認為我們不會再住在這裡只是因為酒店周圍缺乏選擇。但它很方便並且有友好的工作人員。

我以實惠的價格預訂了靠近迪士尼樂園的位置。實際入住的時候，我非常滿意，不僅是地點好，而且住宿環境也重新裝修過，乾淨舒適。辦理入住或退房時沒有任何問題，因為工作人員總是在場。附近也有一些餐廳，像是Denny's，所以去看看也不錯。強烈推薦。

Stayed for attending Blizzcon in November and was just blown away by everything! Rooms were clean and tidy, perfectly situated for the convention centre and as a bonus also situated perfectly to visit Disney Land! Would certainly stay again!

They keep the mini fridges unplugged so heads up if you try to put food in there for later 😂 But for the price, location is amazing. beds pretty comfy and the shower was nice. Much cleaner than comparable properties I've seen and stayed at.
