I liked the location, but there was NO parking. They need to have a bigger lot to accommodate the large number of staff staying there. The girl at on Saturday, Sept. 30th was RUDE and unhelpful. We had to ask for room service or towels and they jacked the price from $200 a night to $300 just because it was parent weekend. :(

1st room smelled cigarettes. Changed to a second room. No shower curtain. Complained. It was installed. Next morning when leaving asked for room service. Arriving at night to find room service was never done. Complained. Got another room. Expected some kind of compensation for all this trouble but got nothing.

We had two reservations and called the morning of check -in to get them next to each other and they said they took care of it but when we got there we weren’t even on the same floor and they were full. They didn’t have any extra towels or extra comforters for the pull out couch. The light in the bathroom wasn’t working either.

I paid for a king suite and arrived at 3pm. I had to switch to a double queen because they didn’t have any king suites available. They were not cleaned.

The only issue we had was not enough parking , And the spots two small one of us had to get out and the other had to park.

The gentleman working the front desk was very friendly and made us laugh after a crazy day on the road. The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The attendants at breakfast were very attentive and happy. I would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness is an issue here there was even dirty pillowcases on our bed. Only for a one night stay so it wasn't enough for me to go complain but definitely cleanliness needs to be worked in

The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I arrived at night on 2/9 & was given room 302. As I was putting my things away I slipped and almost fell. I noticed there was water on the floor between the closet area & fridge. When I looked at the closet area that is when I noticed a huge puddle of water. I saw the water marks on the wall & when I realized there was a huge hole in the ceiling, completely exposed. I called the front desk and Heather who checked me in told me they were fully booked for the weekend & that she wouldn't be able to assist me because there was no manager until 2/12. How could there be no manager all weekend, not even an on-call one? I had nowhere else to stay, so I had no other choice but to stay in the room. We used several towels throughout the weekend as the water kept leaking. There was never an offer for someone to come mop or cover the ceiling. These are health risks & I cannot fathom how such a room was given to a guest & IHG member. I had to call for 3 days before reaching a manager, Tony. I told him the day prior I spoke with Jose who said he'd give me a full refund. Tony said the best he could do was give me a discounted rate per night and 500 pts, which is nothing. He marked the case solved so not even ******* could help. This is not IHG's mission and I am extremely disappointed by this experience & how management handled it. I should not pay a single cent for such a room or service. I will never stay here again or recommend

Good, clean property, but the size of the room was cramped for being listed as a suite with 2 Queens Sofa Bed...not much walking room.

The property itself is nice. I reserved for two bedroom and ended up getting a one bed and a pullout couch on the day. We were supposed to check out someone in the staff opened our door and stood in the doorway while we were sleeping and said that they thought we were already checked out, there was not enough parking and the light switches were set up weird . other than that, the property is in a great location.
