Rooms are always nice and clean

Found 3 bugs on floor Of bathroom, management came n throw bug in garbage and said “ that should solve the problem”

I had the most amazing relaxing stay at this hotel. Where do I start?! The front desk was very helpful and quickly solved a small error at check in. The housekeeping staff was my favorite of all. Everyday they knocked on my door and made sure I had all I needed. The cleaniness of the room was above and beyond. Judith and Adriana were so amazing and their work ethics were very professional and hospitable. I had a few encounters with them both in the hallways and in the food bar. They were always making sure the people had everything they needed. The daytime maintenance guy during my stay was very helpful as well. Super friendly and always had a smile on his face. All the staff worked together so well. Coffee was always made fresh and the utensils and extras were always stocked well. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. They do such a well job keeping up with this hotel. Thank you to all the staff that made my stay memorable during my school intensives!

Very nice stay. Room was neat and tidy and quiet! Breakfast was good, Scrambled eggs were okay, some home fries were a little rubbery like they had been previously frozen. sausage was good. Coffee was very good. Breakfast area was clean and serviced continuously.

The room was clean, breakfast was fine, staff was friendly. Only people at front desk need more training, they don’t know what they are doing.

Staff was helpful when our flights were delayed and cancelled. Only problem we had was we did not get room service during the four days even after requesting it.
