居家由奧蘭治堡萬豪酒店管理(Residence Inn by Marriott Orangeburg)

La salle de déjeuner était très sale, les planchers sales, les tables non nettoyées entre chaque utilisateur. Buffet de déjeuner varié mais mal entretenu par le personnel. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec 2 lits queen et divan-lit pour y loger 5 personnes, mais à notre arrivée il n’y avait pas de divan-lit, donc seulement de la place pour 4 personnes. Pour pallier à ceci, l’hôtel a accepté de nous rembourser une partie des frais.

The table tops in the dining area were not very clean…our room was not the cleanest when we checked in…it wasn’t filthy, just not as clean as when we stayed a year earlier. It’s like they aren’t really paying attention to keeping the facilities as nice as possible… it’s a shame because it’s actually a very nice property!

Unfortunately the housekeeping left much to be desired and the kitchen was not stocked with adequate dishes. There were not enough towels. The sofa bed had dirty linens still on from the previous stay. When they moved us to a new room the sofa bed mattress had a large (vomit?) stain. They moved us to a third room which was adequate but not worth $300 per night. We have come to expect more from Residence Inn based on previous stays. This was disappointing to say the very least.

This was the second bad experience that I've had at a Residence Inn. I feel like they are letting their properties deteriorate. That staff is unhappy and i will most likely not use this brand again nor can I recommend it.

I checked into the room, the room smelled smoke. I request change the room. They told me it’s not a problem. When I checked into another room I did not had no pillows no towels. it’s took me one hour just to feel comfortable in the room. for the money, I spent for the night it’s not worth.

Nice hotel w/ kitchenette good location depending where you are heading. Nice staff nice room good breakfast. Next to a huge supermarket, decent small gym
